Hello Couponers, I used to be an frequent couponer for a little while. I lost my touch on couponing, i used to be able to get great deals. I used to be on here alot and used to be very active. But things in the past 2 months have changed for me. I got put in the hospital on a very rare severe reaction to sulfate antibiotics for an leg infection. During the emergency visit to the hospital , they found i had an VERY low white blood cell count of like 1.90% for my whole body. Which for medical reason they say that its not possible for anybody to run off that. So I have been in and out of the hospital for multiple blood tests, and now after i had about five different tests ( which the same one over and over ). My family tells me that Lupus runs deep in the family. Apparently the reaction i had to the sulfate antibotics, it actually might have been an lupus flare up. So i got tested for this also recently.

Test results haven't come back yet , but if found out that i have lupus and will start treatments soon ( which the doctor is thinking that i might have it, i hope not ). And Actually finally got my hospital bill for emergency room. Drum roll..... Happen to scare the crap out of me. Due this is my first bill of 848.69 for an medical bill. Please note that i am only 20 and my domestic partner my boyfriend lost his job and i can barely met the bills each month.

So the reason I wrote all this is so that every is info'd why I am lost. I need help with saving money on my groceries asap. Due that huge medical excluding all the doctor visits copays and meds.
We have food stamps of 200 for the month but this isn't enough so i use an 150 out of pocket also. We have these grocery stores in our area walmart, fred meyer, alberstons, food 4 less, trader joes, grocery outlet, whole foods. And the warehouse stores are cash and carry , and costco.

Please help me, thank you everyone. For taking an look.

do you have inserts, or are you starting from scratch?

PS
Don't forget to take your ads with you when you go to walmart cause they WON'T take your word for it.

Find ways to get free inserts.. if you know someone who has a paper route, you can ask them to give you their extra inserts. Ask friends/family/neighbors to give you whatever Qs/inserts they don't use. Go to your local recycling center and ask if you can look through papers for coupon inserts. Go to a local place that has a recycling bin and ask if you can go through it for inserts (schools, churches, etc). Even try local grocery stores or gas stations that have the papers and ask when/if you could take the inserts for the papers that are left (they need to turn in the paper itself, at least the front section, back to the paper carrier to get credit for ones that haven't sold, but it doesn't matter whether they have the coupon inserts in them or not, they still get full credit). Try one of these that works for you and you'll be building your insert stash up (for free!) pretty quickly.

I'm sure you know you can use this site and others to find the good deals.. check out the forums for the stores that you have in your area and watch for deals and Q matchups.

Check out the RAOK (Random Acts of Kindness) forums, too. That's an additional way to build up your supply pretty quickly. You can put your name in for several of those and you may be the winner... you never know.

Read, read, read... and everything will come back to you.

Hope you feel better soon!
