I just got back in to couponing since April and I had a question. I can't remember...

If I use a loadable coupon on my Kroger card (e.g. Save $1 on Energizer batteries) can I also use a hard copy of the (Save $1 on Energizer batteries)? They are the exact same coupon through P & G but one is saved to my card and the other is paper insert Q.

And then I pose another question: What if I am able to use both the save $1 off Energizer coupons this weekend at the Kroger double up to $1 coupons sale day? Will it even let me use them? Essentially, if I am able to use BOTH the loadable and the hard copy Qs then I would be getting $4 off the batteries. What if the batteries cost $3.49? Do I lose $ or does it still come off the total?:help22::confused58:

I am so confused about the process of using these loadables. Please help!

The loadables won't double and are one time use only. In my conversations with an employee at shortcuts, they aren't supposed to both work--the paper and the electronic coupons. There's some sort of software update that kroger needs to install that would spit one or the other coupon out. But for now the kroger register allows both. Maybe one of the mods on here has had word from kroger on their viewpoint--but since I know that at least shortcuts didn't intend for it to work, I avoid it. They're both technically manufacturer qs so that adds another gray area to this situation.
