I have three $1 coupons for Rice Krispies. Hy-Vee has a coupon for $1.50 off of 3. Can I buy 3, use a manu coupon for each box and then use the Hy-Vee coupon on top of it? Makes it $1 a box. I've emailed Hy-Vee but haven't heard anything yet. Thanks.

I live in central Iowa and I have been able to do the exact same scenario you're talking about. I've never had any problems using their store coupon stacked with a manufacturer coupon. My Hyvee's also take competitor ones - even the Target coupons.

I plan on doing this deal and also use save $2 on fresh fruit wyb 2 kelloggs cereals.
I am going to get enough cereal to do the kelloggs rebate and $10 worth of fruit for free or it may even be a MM after coupons and rebate.

I heard back from my Hy-Vee. The store director said in this case I could. He said there are times that in their ad, the coupon is a manu coupon so then I couldn't - which I understand. So I'm going to be getting 4 boxes of cereal for $3 (I have a coupon for a free box also). I'm happy!

What I am going to do is get 3 boxes if Rice Cripsies, use Mfg Q for 1 free box plus two $1/1 mfg Qs as well as the $1.50/3 Hyee Q. So....

2.50 x 3
-2.50 (free Q)
-1 mfg Q
-1 mfg Q
-1.50 Hyvee Q
= $1.50 for three boxes or $0.50 a piece

I don't have the Hy-Vee coupon in front of me to double check this to make sure you can do this, but that free box is for any size up to $5 and Hy-Vee does sell a larger box. I'm thinking you can get the large box free and then get two of the smaller ones. A little more bang for the buck
