What do you do with all of the traders' "business cards"?

What do you do with the business cards that some of traders include with their trades?

Do you store them somehow??

Pitch them?

i have only gotten a couple..i put them aside but later find them and cant even remember the trade so i probably should just throw them out now that i read this:giggle2:if more people used them and added the addresses would be cool to save so u dont have to keep asking for it, but i havent had many trades where people have them so not worth itnow to me i have a hard enough time organizing coupons these days :giggle2:

I usually pitch them. I send mine out specifically for my username and the HCW website so people know who and where they got it from. I know some people trade on other sites.

I would add my address, except I have moved four times since November 2007. When I get a house (hopefully this year!) I will put my address on them. I will also add eBay to my cards too, since I sell envelopes on there too. All my cards ask for feedback too.

I've gotten a couple, and usually put it next to my laptop to remind me to leave feedback. But once I've done that I pitch them. I only trade infrequently so I really didn't see a need to keep them.
What reasons would anyone keep them for? (truly curious if I should have been hanging on to them!)

I keep a notebook of trades - to remind me of what I traded for (their end and mine), if I remember I put the address in there to. If a business card has an address I staple it in my book next to the trade. If it does not, it usually gets tossed. Early in trading I kept this notebook religiously, but now I have slacked off now and update all at once at the end of the week. I like having it for RAOKs to people I see that need something that I have that I have traded with before. It also helps me to remember the trade and to mail it!

I put mine next to the computer to remind me to 1) leave feedback and to 2) keep track of the address in my database. This gives me a good contact list for my trades.

I have a cute little nick nacky bench(impluse buy at a garage sale that matches my heart shelves) that opens up and I keep them in there. I do RAOK's and it's nice to be able to do surprise ones by already having a traders addy.

I also store every persons addy who I have correspondence with. Most are from a return addy on an envelope though.
Nothing brightens a day like a raok that is totally unexpected. We have quite a few people around who like to bless others with surprises.:BigHand::BigHand:
