Received a home mailer today for a best-customer event preview with specialized coupons to use at the mega event. My coupons were for sobe life water, quaker box oatmeal, general mills cereal.

There is no list just a photo of some of the items. Pictured items regular cheerios, tropicana OJ carton, quaker box oatmeal, pillsbury toaster strudel, scooby fruit snacks, quaker chewy granola bars, 8pk gatorade G2, progresso soup, the multipack of lays school size chip bags, BC supreme brownies, tostitos, 2L pepsi, totinos pizza rolls, tostitos dip in a jar, lipton diet green tea 8 pack plastic bottles, hamburger helper, pillsbury crescent rolls, green giant steamers.

It also says to save the most combine all these offers:
best customer bonus coupons + in store savings + $5 instant mega event.

Darn they are giving away our secrets!

then it says Look for the signs in store to get all the details We hope to see you during the sale!

It does not indicate how many you can do per transaction.

I got the mailer also. My Q's are for $1/2 Tostitos Chips, $.65/1 Tropicana Trop 50, $1/2 General Mills Cereal Bars or Nature Valley Granola Bars, and $1/2 General Mills Cereals.

It looks like the Tostino's are going to be for the 40 ct.

Looks like super cheap cresent rolls/pizza crust again.

If this is the same one that have every year about this time (before/start of school). Then there should be a TON more things.

I'm going to go looking for the last Mega Event to check what it had.

Looks like a lot of things have changed.

The 40 WERE $2.50 after .50 off with the Mega Event last year.

But, that was last year.

I didn't get mega event coupons but I got some best customer goodies! Free cheerios and $1/2 kraft and some other stuff.

The pizza crust and rolls is promising with coupons but otherwise I am so not impressed either. A lot of the same stuff as the last few times but this time there are no coupons out for the quakes or betty crocker potatoes.

Krogers must think we are stupid. The sale prices are higher than normal, then you take an "extra" amount off by buying huge quantities.

Let's hope the unadvertised items are more promising.

I agree, this is not going to be an add to your stockpile sale, but there are a few singleton items that you can get at low prices using the megaevent + MC + cellfire or shortcuts and in some cases catalinas giving OYNSO.

All I saw was the pepsi and cereal.
Not a good enough deal for me to drive the 2 hrs each way. I was hoping for rolaids, propel, and other mm again to justify my driving.

I went today. The BC fruit snacks, were part of the deal. they were either 1.99 or 1.49? sorry can't remember

I was disappointed that few of the GM cereals were actually part of the mega event.
The only cereal that seemed like a good enough deal (b/c of printable coupons & cellfire/shortcuts) was the trix. But it's the smaller box that's in the mega even not the big one. Of course, they were out of that one. They said that I could get a rain check for the small box but they're also getting a shipment in tomorrow. So I'll go back.

I got chex & trail mix granola bars, bc brownie mixes, bc warm delights, pillsbury grands/rolls, and several other things for free or next to nothing.
