I am new to shopping at Albertsons in S Fla.
There is one in Pembroke Pines on University & Pines.
How is the store? Are the cashiers coupons friendly?
Can you get good deals for free or cheap things?
What are doublers and how do you get them?
Thanks!

That store is just "okay". I had to call the DM to get them to accept coupons that are over the amt of the item. It's been awhile since I've done that but if you have an issue the manager should know that it is acceptable.
I don't go in there with a ton of coupons but the cashiers will usually scan all my coupons with no problem. The only time i've had a problem is wanting to use a $1 coupon on a 99c item which as I said should no longer be a problem. They also, in my experience, will not allow the use of two coupons on a BOGOF.
I find when there is a hot sale, it can be very hit or miss in terms of stock and when I ask for a RC they will only write it for 4 items or let's say it was a 10/$10 sale, they will only write it for 10 items.
If you're not receiving the ad in the mail, sign up for it since it contains coupons that are not in the in-store ads. I would just use those coupons at Publix if I were you since they are so much more customer oriented than Albies.:wink7:
There are no doubles in Florida. The closest you'll get to doubles is going to Publix and using a coupon for each item when it's BOGOF(provided the coupon is off one item of course) or stacking a publix coupon with a manf coupon.
I may shop at Albies once a month. There prices are higher and there customer service and coupon policies are not as generous as Publix.
Welcome to the area.:wavehi:
