Rite-Aid: Getting July Rebate?

Hello there!
I've only ever used the SCR program once before, and that was last Christmas... Only July 5, 2009, I submitted my claim for my $25 gift card and for the FREE Huggies voucher. Got the Huggies voucher, but, in a month's time, I still haven't seen the gift card. Is this typically delayed? What's the deal? I would love to go and do some more rite-aiding, but not without the gift card! Thanks for any help anyone can offer!!

It is not unusual to get special promotional items sooner than the SCR. If you have any questions about the status of your SCR the best think you can do is call them and have them check on it.

I received my actual check from the July rebates but I haven't received my voucher or my gift card yet. I submitted on the 16th. I was hoping to have the gift card to get diapers this week.

I had also received my actual check, but not gotten voucher or gift cards. I contacted customer service yesterday, and they told me that my voucher had just been approved and I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. So... I can't use it this week =(

To contact CS, I had to fill out a form on the SCR website (contact us), there was no number given.

I got my voucher VERY quickly for the FREE pack of diapers. I called last week on Tuesday, 8/4 and they confirmed I submitted it and it was then approved on 7/5, but informed me that the $25 gift card would come from Kimberly Clark themselves, and it typically takes 6 weeks, so I should anticipate delivery next week, week of 8/17... What a long wait! There's enough deals passing me by this makes me sad! :-( Good Luck to others!

I got my check last week and am still waiting on 2 $25 gift cards. I sent an email today, in fact, but haven't heard back just yet. I would imagine it just takes longer to get gift cards. The checks really do show up pretty fast! I am also still waiting on the skincare tote, hope to get these items soon!

I got my tote last week, it actually was pretty nice, but I thought it would be an actual tote, not a crappy plastic ziploc. The free samples were great though and will come in handy for the hospital when I have our baby.

I have not gotten my check-says it was mailed on the 6th, where is it????

Has anyone gotten their July Huggies diaper deal gift card from Kimberly-Clark yet?? I'm dying over here waiting. Submitted on July 3, approved on July 5, and they told me it should be about 6 weeks and that I should expect it LAST WEEK... Guess I'll be calling this a.m. to see what's going on... Ugh. Just curious how everyone else is doing with getting this?

I submitted mine on July 26th and am still waiting for my voucher and gift card, too. I think I received my rebate check on August 8th or so. I e-mailed them yesterday and have not gotten a response yet.

I'm doing the impatient dance as well. I figure I will probably get my gift card today since I just went to riteaid last night and spent more money since I gave up on waiting for the card. LOL.

Just spoke to a lady at Rite-Aid's 800# for SCR's and she gave me a different story on the gift card than the the previous call I posted about... This CSR informed me that Rite-Aid in Pennsylvania sends out these gift cards, NOT Kimberly-Clark. Mine was mailed out on August 13, and I have not yet gotten it. She said to give it 30 days (September 13), and if I still have not gotten it, I can call in and place a claim and they'll see what they can do at that time. Ugh- seriously?! You're killing me! I just want to get the gift card so I can go back to the store and stock up on more deals & freebies... Hope someone else has better luck than me!!

I'm still waiting on my $25 gift card too...submitted July 30th. The gift cards do tend to take longer than the checks, but this seems to be excessive. It's not worth my time to call because, like PP said, unless it's more than 30 days past when they say it was sent, they won't do anything anyway...get on the ball Rite Aid! I have skipped so many deals there this month, waiting for this card to arrive. I refuse to spend my own money!

I was surprised to see the update when I logged into the SCR site- stating that my Gift Card was mailed out on 8/13. I didn't think the site would tell me that- I was impressed, but I'd be far more impressed if I could just get the darned thing! Good Luck to all!

Where did you find the date that the GC was mailed? I have looked all over my SCR account and can't find anything. I emailed them awhile back whenever my first post was, and the reply said it could take 6 weeks. I received my skincare tote last week, still waiting on GC. I am glad August rebates were mostly $$ and not GC because the waiting is killing me!!

Hope you can see the above- I copied & pasted. Right when I log in, it gives me the overview page that tells me my 'rebate status'. Under July 2009, it gave me the above details- noting that the gift card was mailed out August 13. Perhaps yours hasn't been mailed out yet? You guys are so lucky! I was approved for my July rebates on 7/5 (I only did the Huggies voucher & $25 Huggies gift card rebates). I got my voucher within 2-3 weeks. STILL waiting on the gift card, and it says it was mailed on 8/13... Have to wait until 9/13 to file a complaint with Rite Aid that I didn't get it... Ugh! They want to give it a full 30 days to get to me. 30 DAYS TO GET TO ME?! Oh My Goodness! This is a tough waiting process... I just want to get the gift card to go get some more deals- PLEASE?!

You might want to call. I received my KC gift card today. The Rite Aid SCR site never had any info about mine being sent - they just appeared.

Still waiting... I called in early last week because they said to give them 4 full weeks since the date the gift card was mailed (8/13). I did so. My information was given to a supervisor, and they would contact me. They contacted me via e-mail and said to wait 6 weeks, not the 4 weeks I was previously advised. So, I have until end of this week before I can call to request they re-issue a new one, since they show they mailed it on 8/13 and still nothing. This is getting pretty darned ridiculous. I purchased something from your company and you offered a reward for it (in this case, a gift card), and you won't give me the reward now? Ridiculous. Come on Rite Aid, pull it together....
