There is a banner on the side (coupons.com) for a printable for 75cents off Welch's jelly.
So if you use that with the store Q and the 75c off milk when you buy the jelly....
that should be about $1.50 for both the jelly and the milk, if my figuring is correct....please correct me if I am...

That's right, but...one of the 2 coupons will beep because of the way they are coded. YMMV on getting the cashier to over-ride the register.

What experience have you all had with having the cashiers want to retain you store coupons after use? :shrug7: I have a too long to type story about this but I would like to see how this is handled in other areas store's.
Thanks for any info,

I quit using the actual paper 3-week coupons months ago when I learned you could simply give them the PLU# codes. I've never had a problem with doing it this way either. It also gives me less stuff to keep up with. You may want to consider doing it this way if the store is giving you a hard time. You could also print out the PDF that I post in the thread each time you need them if they are requiring a paper copy. I mean, you can print them from their website as well, so how would they know the difference. :whistle67:

I usually give mine to the cashier last and ask for them back with no problem. The couple of times they have kept them, I think we both just forgot. I always have at least one extra ad in case I lose some...but, if I was having an issue, I would pick up a bunch of ads the day they came out so I would have plenty of spares.

My store requires that they keep them. It is a big waste of paper.

I never even cut mine out. I just show them the coupon I want to use and they type in the PLU. Usually the second week I just walk up to CS and see if they have another ad then I give it back when I am done. ONce I have gone in and they didn't have the ad, I think it was the third week.
Store requires they keep them? Sounds like a store that is clueless and makes up thier own rules. I mean they have the PLU on them, so they can hand key them in AND you can use the PLU number at self check out.
PLU=Price Look Up so there is no coupon needed. Putting in the PLU makes the register keep track of the discounts for the store. I guess this is a LF where they make their own rules.

I didn't have the 3 week ad, so I just told them the PLU that was so nicely posted here at HCW! Worked at 2 stores.
Thank you everyone for posting the deals!

I have never cut mine out... I just show it to the cashier after they ring all my other Qs. Usually I will just read them the PLUs and it makes things go alot faster.
Mine almost never have the 3 week ad at the register after the first week, so I try to keep mine in my coupon book... or come here and write the PLUs on my grocery list of what I'm getting.
