EDIT: I just looked at this link, and they have changed the form so that you have to purchase $20 of the permanent or post-it labels to get $10 back. Purchase between Aug. 15 and Sep. 30. Not as good of a deal. They should still honor it.

They seemed to have changed the rebate form: Now you get $10 back by mail wyb $20 worth of Permanent Labels or Post-it labels between Aug. 15 and Sep. 30, 2009. Not nearly as good of a deal. :mad19:Am updating the OP.
