I found it yesterday inside of the package of the Scotch Brite Basic (non-scratch scrub sponge) single pack (blue) that I bought in Walmart. The coupon is a manufacturer's coupon that expires 12/31/09 and is good on "any Scotch Brite Scrub Sponge Multi-pack 2-pack, 3-pack, 4-pack, 6-pack or 9-pack"
