Ours will only double 2 alike.

its a corporate policy, most computers enforce it.

I've never had a problem with it doubling more than just 2.

Ours says limit 2, but often I will use more and it doubles them all, now I don't try 10 of one coupon or anything like that, but when I've used 3 or 4, it doubles them also.

I'm glad I saw this, I was going to complain today. I noticed on my receipt that it did not double the third coupon. Most of the things I purchased were in the quantity of three. I wish I would of known about this before hand, I would of split up my purchases! :-p Live and Learn. I still saved $44 on Sunday, although this explains my surprise at the $11 I had to pay.

I'm in Bloomington, IL and ours only doubles 2 like coupons per transaction too. It's VERY frustrating (like for the 10/$10 get 11th free deals, because it takes extra planning - especially if they're out of something and you have to re-plan your transactions right there in the store, ugh) and sure I wish they would change it!! We have 2 other stores here (Kroger & Schnucks) that WILL double all of your coupons, no matter how many *like* coupons you have, and you'd think they would want to be competitive with them and do the same thing!
And you know, it would make things easier on their cashiers or self checkout attendants too - because it sure does cause THEM some extra hassles when people like us are still willing to stand there and do several transactions in order to get all of our coupons doubled - and since they allow THAT, and it all ends up the same in terms of the money they're making and the coupons coming in, then why the heck don't they just allow us to get them ALL doubled at once, to get us in and out of the store as fast as possible, so we aren't holding up the lines!?!?!
Dumb corporate policy!!

Unless it's changed within the last two weeks or so, the Harrison rd Meijer doesn't double unlimited.
They use the same stated limit as two, but sometimes I've noticed three or even four double - I've been told that it can sometimes view coupons as different if they're used on different flavors or sizes of the same product, but I have no idea, I've never been able to make any sense of it..

The Meijers store in Roseville, MI has unlimited doubling as far as I know but it's in the ad as limit 2 of the same coupon - I've tested it out and never had one not double but I wouldn't ask or point it out either. It's funny I have 2 Krogers nearby - one store sticks to limit 2 per same coupon policy so well they make you go out of the store and come back in to use 2 more of the same, other Kroger up the road takes "as many as you have maam, as long as you have the correct number of items" - guess which store get's my $$ even though it's a few more minutes away?
