FREE reusable grocery bag with survey

I noticed at the bottom of my Albertsons' receipt there is an offer for a free reusable grocery bag as a "thank you" for completing a survey. I called the number at the bottom of the receipt, answered a few questions using my touch-tone phone, and received a code to redeem the bag. The survey took about 5 minutes. I dug around in my trash bag of a purse and found a receipt from July 7th with the same offer on the bottom. The reusable bags could make great stocking stuffers or holders for homemade gift baskets.
