Hi! I saw the ingles ad say 3 coupons could be tripled for every 10.00 spent - I was wondering if you spent 10.00 and used a 1.00 coupon - does that count as 10.00 or 9.00? Of course this is on a smaller scale, but used those numbers to make it easier.

It's $10 before coupon usage.

it is also before the sale price. so something that normally costs $6 and is on sale for $4.98, the higher price counts towards the 3/10 rule.
