I tried this today about 3:45 in the afternoon (EST) and the catalina didn't print. The Kroger customer service lady called someone who told her that the offer was targeted only to certain areas...but it worked for my son just yesterday at another Kroger in my same city.

Did this several times over the week and the then the cat's started printing after I paid. Last night the Cat. didn't print at all, good thing they had a sign up so the Mgr. just gave me the GC. The Cashier fought it and said the offer said "one per household" and she argued that I already got one cause I used a GC to buy them. I didn't notice it was one per household but after returing to the sigh I notice it does.

It definately isn't working today...well, I guess we now know that the catalina company can pull a deal whenever they want/need to.

I had the same problem you did - bought 10 at one and got the catalina for the GC - promotion was advertised. Tried at a Kroger 10 miles away and no catalina - lady at the service desk said the 2 stores are in different markets . . . wish I would have known that the other day. . . :sad:

I did this yesterday for the first time and got the cat. Noticed it said one per household and when the CS lady asked for my kroger card to scan when she scanned the GC i decided i wouldn't be trying to buy more since its already linked to my card that i bought 10.

Not the card cause I tried to use my son's card today and no go.

It printed for me last night in southeast. I haven't tried to roll it because I was there at almost midnight and customer service was closed so I couldn't get the gift card. I'm going back today to try and roll it. I hope it works!
