I just got a catalina for $1.50/1 Pampers Baby Wipes60ct + Up at Smiths. Can I combine this with the .50/1 Pampers Baby Wipes60ct + Up coupon from the July P+G?

No, they are both mfg coupons, so you can only use one or the other on one purchase.

No, but if you have a Rewards card or fresh value card you can download esaver coupons from sites like Cellfire, Shortcuts, P&G esavers, or there is another one I can't remember the name of it is like UPromise or something.... Anyway....
You can combine the eSavers coupon and Manufacture coupons. I don't know if there is a wipes coupon on eSavers but there is Huggies diapers coupons......
