If you have a child going to college this is a great deal. These are the dorm size fridges and they will need one in college.
I have one of these in my mini kitchen in my basement and it comes in handy a lot for my overflow of stuff that does not fit in my kitchen fridge.
In the DOOR of mine you can fit 3 1/2 gallons of milk on the bottom shelf with a little room to spare. And there is room on the next shelf up for 1 more and about 4 -5 cans of soda.
I can fit a 1/2 uncut watermelon on the shelf of the fridge itself. This little fridge has lots of space for its size.

Pretty sure it's $160 worth of coupons. Like when they did the freezer deal, there were coupons for so many pounds of meat free and stuff like that I think?

My dh seems to think we need this fridge for our bedroom. It's upstairs and he hates having to go down in the middle of the night to get a cold drink. I think it's a little big for a bedroom, but it's probably better than those 6 can fridges. Plus you can beat the $160 in coupons...although wonder what they are, if they are worth it.

Were the coupons for x.xx off? or for selected free items? I went by Hy-vee today and they wouldn't let me view the booklets.

They don't seem to know(or they don't want to share). My neighboor works for Hy-vee and she is going to check for me. I was thinking it would be great to keep extra beverages in or a 1/2 gallon of milk so DS2 could make cereal if mommy wants to sleep in(haha).

I just picked up my refrigerator and coupon booklet! So happy I did... I was really on the fence about this deal. The items that are in the coupon packet/booklet are pretty much the same items that are in this weeks add listed under Fill Your Fridge, Four Week Sale, plus three red box codes.

Just an FYI with the Hyvee coupons, some have more than 1 limit, so on some items you can get multiples for free! Also, the Hyvee coupons expire on August 11th.

I know when I bought my freezer this winter, my store threw in a $10 gift card as well. Not sure if they do this with all their promos or not :shrug7:

Could someone please elaborate on the coupons??
Do they give you items for free, or are they just like regular coupons ($1/1, etc.)????
I hope that question makes sense.

My Hy-Vee still has about 11 refrigerators and is still offering the coupons with it, so it's not too late. You may need to find a store that isn't sold out, however.

The Hyvee on 135th St in Olathe has about 10 left in the back of the store, by the meat dept, incase anyone is interested.

The 36th and L street in Omaha, NE had some left. They are in the front of the store. In front of the shopping carts. There were names on 2 of them but had at least 3 more left.
They look nice. I have one that size but these look like they have more room in them than mine.

I was at Hyvee in Marion, ia today and they still are doing this deal. Must just have some left.

We still have plenty in our store here. I did not buy, but I did look at the list of coupons that is attached to the fridge. Some of them, like several free redbox DVD rental code is not my idea of a saving. There were quite a few beverages on there as well - which are not staples in our diet. You can get a fridge for 75 bucks - so just make sure what is being given out is what you want. If you need a fridge, it isn't a bad idea.
