Ok, so I got a RC for the tuna (dont ask...) and want to go do the chips and tuna deal today. Is there away to do it? I have noticed in the past when I used a RC I didnt get any cats....and I am afraid to mess it up and not get the cats or free chips. TIA

not sure what to tell you since catalina is closed. My mom did the tuna/chips deal with a rc and she didn't get cats. I don't have any tuna coupons and my mom lives 2.5 hrs so I can't try it in my area. She did this at the Olympia Albies. I'm gonna call catalina on mon to see what happened.

I did it today, and it worked like a charm. The cashier scanned 1 tuna and told it quanity "30" at .75 each (the price of the mix and match)...all the cats printeds, and the coupons worked. The only thing was only 7 chips came off, so she had to manually do the others. So afters cats and coupons I spent $1.50 for 30 tunas and 10 6-packs of chips...and then I got a $2 survey! So I actually made money!!!

You just have to make sure that the checker actually scans one of the packages instead of just entering a flat price, if that makes sense. I did it and it worked just fine. The only problem, as others have stated, is that all the chips didn't come off. CS had me run my debit card through to refund $6 but I don't think it worked.
