Thanks a lot for posting this, and you even included the PLUs for the store coupons! Can I ask a dumb question - which 3 days is the 3-day sale?

It may not be the greatest, but there is a Freschetta coupon:

Freschetta Pizzas or Edwards pies, $1.25/2, 6-21 SS

And there are various Ball Park Franks tearpad coupons for $3/2 or $2/2 wyb the franks with watermelons or ketchup or Sara Lee buns, found at Lowes and Food Lion and Kroger.

That's not a dumb question. What is dumb is that I failed to list that part.

The 3 day sale is Thursday through Saturday.

Oh my goodness! The FLIPs! For me it's always the FLIPs. The only reason I ever step inside of FL
I actually do most of my shopping at HT and Kroger.
It isn't very efficient, but between the $2/$5 Produce FLIP, the Guiding Star FLIP, and the Deli-Bakery FLIP and the Home 360 and the Healthy Accents FLIPs, I should be able to come out with some cheap stuff. It just means I have to go in there every day. Not too difficult, because of the # of stores around me, but a little bit of a pain.

Umm...wrong forum, you're in Lowes Foods. :hysterical:

But yes, Food Lion has been rocking pretty hard here lately.

LOL I guess my name is synonymous with Food Lion :giggle2:

I love Lowes too but their ads have been pretty sad compared to the other stores around me lately.

Edwards pie slices are $2.50 -.75 doubled = $1 for 2 pie slices

I'm pretty spoiled by free food and this is definitely not free, but I think it fits my price point especially since the coupons are getting ready to expire and the pies are soooo good.:giggle2:

So the only things I found at LF this week were more Sunny D cuz they are still on sale and the new Borden Sensations Singles are on sale for $1.66 and there is a $1/1 Q in recent inserts. I got the pepper jack kind cuz the other ones are too weird for me.
