Ok,
I was just wondering... I know the FLIPS say "one per transaction" just like the target coupons say, but do the stores stick to that? How many of each flip do you normally use per transaction? It's just that I hear about people having like 100 hawaiian punches- it seems impossible that anyone would have gone to a food lion 100 seperate times. I am new to shopping at food lion and just wanted to know what ya'll generally do. Thanks!!!

I have about 20 H. punches. All separate transactions. I usually do 2 transactions back to back and I may go into F.L. more than once a day depending on my day. Usually I do it on my way to somewhere else.

ETA: the back to back transactions are on 2 different MVP cards.

The register should only allow one FLIP per transaction (FLIP of the same type, that is- you can have multiple FLIPS for different items). I guess some cashiers can override it and push the coupon through, but I have never seen it done and never asked to do it.

I just use one of each kind for each transaction.

FL policy is one of each type of FLIP per transaction - like one $2/5 produce FLIP, one Hawaiian Punch FLIP, one Home 360 FLIP, etc.

Discussion of multiple FLIPs (of the same type) goes against FL policy and therefore is not allowed here on HCW. (general Mod comment - LOL - not directed at any of the previous posts or anyone in particular!)

As far as folks having a lot of the same item - I know I personally can go to 3 or 4 different FL stores fairly easily and some people have access to even more. Or you can make multiple trips in one day as one PP mentioned - if you go by FL on your way to other places.
