Corona $6/$10 beef or chicken - any way to see if I've received it yet?

This form was only good in Arkansas IIRC, but there were others good in other states. I sent one off for myself in April and one off to MIL's address in May and don't have it marked that either one has been received. It's possible I just missed marking it down, but I really don't remember getting them in. Does anyone know of a way to see if the check has been sent?

I just wanted to update that I finally received this rebate the other day, in case anyone else is waiting on theirs. It took almost four months to come in.
