I do not understand this rebate form that I have found in 2 Food Lion stores this week.

"Save $10 when you purchase $20 worth of in-store products. (offer excludes alcohol beverages, gasoline, pharmacy items, tobacco, lottery tickets, and gift cards)". NBPR. Begins June 22, 2009 Expires Sept 8, 2009.

There is a picture of Oscar Mayer packaged ham, and Kraft Singles on the front of the form, but no indication that these are the products to be purchased. Actually, there is no indication of ANY items that must be purchased. Just the exclusions.

Am I reading this correctly that you just need to spend $20 in the store, on anything, send in the reciept, and you get $10 back? :omg:

Has anyone else seen this form?

That sounds like a "total purchase" rebate. I imagine they are excluding restaurant purchases from qualifying. What a great find!

I just got off the phone with customer service and yes it is any in store product besides the excluded ones!!

Also not sure if you noticed but this MIR is allowed to be mailed in up to 3 times as long as you have a new MIR with each receipt!!:BigHand:

I cannot believe that I did not look for that # to call. It is plain as day, in BOLD print, on the form. :banghead:

Thanks for checking. I did manage to notice the limit of 3. :BigHand:

Does anyone know if the "in-store purchase has to be at the store where the rebate was found or can it be any grocery store?

I called the number and they said to be on the safe side, do it at the store it was found in...but can they really track that. I rarely shop at FL.
