I finally found these today at one of the Schnucks stores here. There are three in the area and none of them seems to have the same coupons. They were on A&W bottles, if I remember.

I found these today at my Target hanging on 2 liter A&W Root Beer Bottles. There were only two and I haven't seen them at any other stores!
