Does anyone know if huggies will be on sale this month? If so, there is a possibility of 6 packs of diapers for under 2 dollars. Please let me know.

According to what I read on SD, no. But then again I read about the Huggies deal this morning, and so my memory is a little fuzzy.

I think the megas, not jumbos qualify for the gift card. It says pullups qualify too, but it says 33ct. I have some Huggies pullups and they are 29ct. Can anyone tell me if 33ct. exist? I may go an investigate since this really could be a good deal. I did figure out a scenerio with one pack of megas, one pack of swim diapers and the rest are pullups. Do you think the swim diapers would qualify for the Free diaper voucher?

Rite-Aid has a July rebate for a $25 GC WYB $50 worth of Kimberly-Clark products (Huggies being one of them). With the $5/$25 Rite-Aid coupons available, and manufacturer coupons, it's a really good deal even with regular prices IMO.
Note: In the rebate catalog it says only Huggies Snug & Dry and Huggies Supremes 34-60 ct. qualify. However, on SD people have reported that lower counts, and the Pure & Natural line is also qualifying.
Here's what I did:
Tranx #1:
Huggies 11.49
Huggies 11.49
Huggies mega wipes 7.99
Total: $30.97
Coupons Used:
$5/$25 Rite-Aid Purchase
$3/1 Huggies Pure & Natural
$3/1 Huggies Pure & Natural
$3/1 any Huggies product (from KC due to a complaint)
OOP: $16.97
Tranx #2:
Huggies 11.49
Huggies 11.49
Wet Ones 1.99
Dove candy bar .88
Dove candy bar .00 (B1G1)
Total: 25.85
Coupons Used:
$5/$25
$3/1 Huggies
$3/1 Huggies
$1/1 Wet Ones
Free Candy bar cpn (.88)
OOP: 12.97
16.97 + 12.97 =
$29.94
- $25 GC via rebate
-$1 Wet Ones SCR
= 3.94 + tax
Too bad I don't have any more Pure & Natural coupons! =) I'm going to do this another time with a different scenario (more $$ basically) for my Mom's account.

Where are you getting these $3/1 Pure and Natural Qs, I had some , but I already used them up and the expy date was 6/20. Huggies still has not sent me one single Q since I have signed up for the mailers a couple months ago. Pampers and LUVS keep throwing me Qs.
So does this work also?
Buy the 5 Huggies Jumbo packs, get the SCR rebate for the free pack and the $25 Kimberly Clark GC?! That would all be nice to do also. The SCR for the 5 packs of Huggies is like 7/24, so in essence both should work right?

I printed my $3 P&N coupons from this link (http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Index.aspx?pid=12926&nid=10&zid=ta33). Yes, you can combine both rebates. Don't forget to split your diapers into separate transactions to maximize the $5/$25 coupon potential. I believe you can access that coupon from the link here too.

Thanks Jill. Can you let me know where I can get the 5/25 coupon? Is it a printable?
Also, can you me lmk the details on the Huggies diapers that retails for $11.49? What type (supreme or snug & dry) and size is it? How many diapers are there?
BTW, what size do we have to buy for newborn babies?

FYI ladies - just a heads-up.
The Huggies Pure and Natural Line do NOT count towards the Caregivers Marketplace Rebate if anyone was thinking of submitting.
They may qualify in 2010 but currently do not.

The $5/$25 coupon is available to print on the first page here (http://print.coupons.com/CouponWeb/Offers.aspx?pid=13306&zid=iq37&nid=10).
All the Jumbo packs of Huggies retail for $11.49 - including the Supremes, Snug & Dry, and Pure & Natural. My little girl's in size 4 right now, so that's what I purchased. The Supremes had 30, Snug & Dry had 31, and Pure & Natural had 23.
MrsPinecone has created a really wonderful diaper chart here. (http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/view.php?pg=diaper_chart) That should list how many diapers are in a pack.
For newborns, there is a "NB" size diaper, but it's only good up to 10 lbs. They're not in that size very long ... are you preggo? If so, maybe get a few packs of NB, but mostly concentrate on stockpiling Size 1 & 2. And if you are indeed the lucky mother .... congratulations! =)

I just want to be clear on this since I need to begin my diaper stockpile... Here's my plan:
Transfer RX, get $25 gift card
Transaction 1:
Buy 3 jumbo packs of Huggies Supreme Size 1 @ $11.49 each= $34.47- $3/1- $3/1- $3/1
Subtotal after mfg. coupons: $25.47
- $5/25 Rite Aid Q: $20.47
- $25 Gift Card= $0.00 ($4.53 balance remains on gift card)
Transaction 2:
Buy 2 jumbo packs of Huggies Supreme Size 2 @ $11.49 each= $22.98- $1.50/1- $1.50/1
Buy 2 packs Stayfree $3.99 each= $3.99 (B1G1 Rite Aid Sale)- $3.99 B1G1 Coupon
Subtotal after mfg. coupons: $19.98
- $5/25 Rite Aid Q: $14.98
- $4.53 Gift Card
Balance: $10.45 out of pocket
(Rebate 53) Get $2 voucher back x 1
(Rebate 61) Get $25 gift card back x 1
(Rebate 800) Get 1 free Huggies pack voucher x 1
Caregiver Rebate: $3.75 (5 x $0.75 each)
Does this work? Can I get all 3 SCR rebates? Or is Rebate 800 only good for MEGA packs and not JUMBO packs? I thought I read that I could get all 3, and then Caregiver's, right? Thanks & Reps for any help anyone can offer me!

Your math above is correct, except you do not qualify for Rebate Offer #53 because that is only for the Mega packs, and you are buying Jumbo. Rebate #800 is valid for the Jumbo packs, so you're good there. And then the Caregivers rebate is valid as well since you're buying Supremes. I'm going to mention the fact that sales tax will be extra so your OOP will be slightly higher, although I'm sure you're aware of that. Everything else looks good though!

I knew sales tax would be extra, but it varies- sometimes it's based on the pre-manufacturer coupon price, and sometimes it's based on the after mfg & store price... It drives me crazy- I still haven't been able to pin-point how the tax works in this county with coupon use- it's different in every store!
Also, I have never used the Caregiver's Marketplace, but think that since I'm halfway through the pregnancy, it's time to start saving a few cents here and there, ya know?! Do I need to request a 2nd receipt for that? 1 to submit to RA (Or just do it on the website and I don't need to actually submit the receipt?) and then 1 to submit to Caregiver's? I've never submitted anything against either before... Thank You!

For those who are looking for the RA 5/25, there is a sticky in RA forum - looks like this:

Thanks again, Jill. Yes, I am pregnant and due in October. This is my first baby - so I am pretty clueless when it comes to diaper types, sizes, counts etc(as you can see)
I will take a look at Mrs.Pinecone's list - I learnt that there is a downsizing in the diaper packages too. :(

I think you can get a better deal on wipes, esp. since the baby isn't coming until October. My favorite wipes, in order, are Playskool unscented, Pampers, Huggies. I always buy the unscented to keep them from breaking out. If you get on Target's baby mailing list, you can combine Target Q's and Huggies or Pamper's Q's for some pretty cheap wipes.

If you have a Kmart, see if your store is doing super doubles. You can use the $1/1 hUggies bath/body product and in the bath section there are "soft packs" of 40ct wipes for around $1.99 so free when they double.
I shoot for .50 stock up price for huggies wipes. This can be achieved when CVS has good deals like spend $20 get xx back which runs a few times a year on Huggies products. Or if you have .75/1 huggies homemailers and your grocery store doubles, wait for them to go on sale for $2. Wipes are something you will NEVER EVER have enough of so buy as many as you have room to store. I am not joking ha ha!

Just an FYI on the wipes. My Albertson's carries the Huggies 40 ct for 2.23 every day. I use the $1/1 bath and body and the doubles (when they have them) to get them for 23 cents. Not free, but pretty close and I don't have to worry about them being on sale (I've never seen them on sale!)
Thanks for the info on the diapers. I hardly go to my Rite Aid but now I think I will need to!

The pullups should work for both - it states that in the SCR book. I can confirm that the jumbo diapers work, swim diapers work and pure & natural works. Mine cleared this morning. If you want to buy swim diapers in the deal wait till the same week that the megas are $14.99 b/c they are $6.99 that week instead of a regular price of $9.49!

whew, I just wrangled my brain for about an hour trying to figure out the cheapest way to do this deal (if it would be cheaper to throw in a mega pack to get the extra $2 back - it wasnt, surprisingly enough!!)
my plan of attack today:
1 jumbo pack size 3(should be enough to get DD into size 4s)
2 jumbo pack size 4
11.49*3 = 34.47
-5/25
-3*3 mfq
=20.47 OOP
-=-=-=-=-=--=---=-=
2 jumbo size 4
1 crest toothpaste (free after RA rebate 2.69)
=25.67
-5/25
-2*3 mfq (lucky me I have gotten several mailers from huggies with the 3/1 any diapers coupons so I have just enough to do this deal with those!!)
-.50 mfq crest
=14.17 OOP
-=-=-=---=--=-=
20.47+14.17 = 34.64 oop, and get back:
$25 RA gift card rebate, 5*.75=3.75 caregivers rebate, 2.69 crest rebate = 31.44 back
34.64-31.44=$3.20 , and also get the free pack voucher for huggies.
there should be 40 diapers in the size 3 and 34 in each size 4 so in the end 210 diapers for 3.20
-- less than 2 cent per dipe ... whoohoo!!! I'm super excited because normally I'd be happy to get ONE pack of diapers for 3 bucks.
(I'm also guessing ?? I can send in the receipt when I redeem the voucher for the free pack for another .75 from caregivers so then would only be 2.45 / 6 packs)

What do I do to do Caregiver's? do I have to print something out? If so I probably won't be able to do it, but I have like 10 huggies purchases and that would get me another $7.50. That would be super, and would just go to more diapers.

All the info regarding their mail in rebates and the paperwork can be downloaded.
BTW - I think coupons.com has new $2 off GoodNite and Overnight IPs (I don't see them in the DB).

Yes, just enter your receipt information...it will give you credit for everything you qualify for when it clears.

Question #1: Just curious if my deal will work. My mom is trying to get diapers for my cousin; she's not due til Jan. I'm diaper clueless so I'm trying to figure out the best deals. I need to buy the right diapers to qualify for the $25 RA gift card, the free pack voucher, and the Caregiver's Marketplace. My mom will be getting the (2) $25 prescription transfer cards and using those to buy the diapers. Here's what I worked out:
Trans 1
3 Jumbo Snug & Dry $11.49 each = $34.47 - (3) $1.50 Huggies Q - $5/$25 purchase = $24.97
Trans 2
2 Jumbo Snug & Dry $11.49 each = $22.98 + filler to reach $25 mark - (1) $1.50 Huggies Q - $5/$25 purchase = $16.48 (for the diapers)
If I buy 5 packs of diapers ($57.45) then I qualify for the $25 GC and the free pack voucher then I can turn in my receipt to Caregiver's for 75c off each pack. Works out about $2 per pack.
Question #2: It seems like the only newborn size diapers that qualify for all 3 ($25 GC, free pack voucher, and Caregiver's) are the Snug & Dry only. For the free pack voucher I can buy any Huggies, for the $25 gift card it must be Supreme or Snug & Dry, and for Caregiver's it must be Snug & Dry or Gentle Care.
Correct me if I'm wrong...
Question #3: Also I need a $2 filler for Trans 2...anybody have any ideas? Maybe some wipes? I have a 75c Huggies wipes coupon. My Huggies coupons expire the 18th so I have to do this deal this week.

Supremes qualify for Caregivers also...believe me I have done it enough to know. I wouldn't buy all Newborn size though, my youngest used a size 1 from the beginning and my oldest only used 4 packs of Newborn. Stock up on 1s and 2s would be my advice...

Oh yeah I missed the Supremes on the Caregiver's (didn't scroll down far enough). I already got her a pack of Swaddler's NB so I was thinking of getting size 1 for Huggies anyway. Thanks. Huggies N, 1 & 2 are the Gentle Cares. 3, 4, etc. are Snug & Dry or Supreme. Supremes are a little more $$ than Snug & Dry and are supposed to be a better quality. I prefer Supremes.
A good filler this week is Crest Pro-Health Enamel Shield 4.2oz toothpaste. It's $2.69 and free after SCR. There is also q in this and last month's P&G insert so it's a little MM.

See that's why I'm a bit confused...Huggies doesn't mention Gentle Care on their website anymore, they have "Lil Snugglers" for newborns in sizes 1 and 2 and the Snug & Dry do come in sizes 1 through 6...oh well I'll figure it out in the end :rolleyes24:

The mega packs are on sale July 12-18 for 14.99, these are the ones for the 2.00 SCR
Since the mega packs are on sale for $14.99 this week, here's a scenario:
Tranx #1:
1 Huggies mega pack $14.99
1 Huggies jumbo pack $11.49
Total: $26.48
Coupons Used:
(2) $2/1 Huggies
$5/$25 RiteAid
Total: $18.48
Tranx. #2: Identical to above.
$18.48 x 2 = $36.96
- $25 GC for buying $50+ KC
-$2 SCR for Mega Huggies
-1.50 CareGivers marketplace (.75x2)
= $8.46
It's not the best total, but if you want to just get your Huggies deal done & over with, this is a good option. Some people don't live close enough or have enough time to do multiple transactions with a bunch of filler items to get the cheapest OOP. You would only have 2 diapers toward the Buy 5, get free voucher promo though. =)

I was wondering if RiteAid accepts competiters' coupons? I have a bunch of $3 off Huggies Pure and Natural diapers that I got off of packs at Target. I was so excited to use them on this deal, but then realized they have a Target sign on them. Can these be used anywhere else? Target prices are too high for those diapers.

Do they say Target Coupon or do they say Manufacturer's coupon? Sometimes they'll be MFQs and just have the store logo on them. When's the expy on them, they may go on sale at Target if they are Target only.

if they are mfqs ymmv, if they are target qs, then no.
I have tried several times to use mfqs with a store logo on them at my cvs and walgreens and gotten a no every time  in reality since they were mfqs they should have been accepted but I don't argue, I just tell them to keep the items or use another coupon

Usually I stick to CVSing but this diaper deal was too good to pass up... I have a few questions.
Do the Pure and Naturals Jumbos count towards the buy 5 get 1 free? The $25 gift card?
One of the Mega packs that I bought was a 46 count Supreme does that qualify (while the one that has 52 wouldnt) for the buy5g1?
If I exchange these to get diapers that qualify for #800 will that mess up the information I already entered into the SCR Site for the $2 rebate and $25 gift card?
Thank you so much- you all are so helpful for us newbies! Baby will hopefully be here any day (Im 36 weeks) and Im working this stockpile :)

Yes, the Pure and Natural Jumbos are counting toward the B5G1 as well as the $25 GC. See my comment above - both of your mega packs, the 46-ct. Supreme as well as the 52-ct. should qualify for #800, the B5G1. No need to exchange.

OK, I have never done a deal at Riteaid before and will be heading to their site to sign up for the SCR today. Can someone please give me the best scenario to buy all Pullups 2T-3t or 3T-4T (preferably all 2T) and qualify for all the rebates? I have probably 4-5 of the $2/1 Pull ups Q's. I also just signed up a few minutes ago at Cargivers so I can do that too.
Any help would be appreciated. I have been putting off learning the rules of the road for Riteaid but need to get more pullups for DS so now is the time to do it. If I should wait a week or so for a better price (I haven't looked at future ads to see when/if they go on sale next week) I can do that to.

According to online reports, the swim diapers DO count for Offer#800. The P&N also DO count for Rebate#61. I have personally received credit for the Pure&Naturals. I haven't bought any swim diapers.

I did 2 separate purchases this past weekend and I thought I would get the free diaper voucher but when I checked, it didn't show up. My 2.00 scr for the huggies showed up and the $25.00 gc showed up but the free voucher had a note that said "You did not purchase all the required items". Any suggestions?
Here's what I bought
1st: 2 huggies supreme gentle care 40 ct $11.49 x 2 Total = $22.98
2nd: 1 huggies supreme 60 count $14.99, and 2 little swimmers = 12.98 Total = $28.97
My guess is the little swimmers are not qualifying for the free voucher.

Hmm. Odd. But there's no need to guess. Click on 'details' and it will bring up a page with the items from your receipt that qualified. You will then be able to see which items qualified for which rebate. Be sure to report back here with whether or not they were indeed the Swimmers.
ETA: I was just reading here (http://www.thethriftymama.com/2009/07/rite-aid-huggies-diaper-deal-working.html)that the Swimmers ARE counting, just not Size 1's. Is that the size you purchased? If so, returning & rebuying may be the best option.

Just from reading your post, I don't see anything you did wrong. Your total pre-coupon was $57.45 so it should be showing that you qualify for the $25 GC. Click on 'details' and it will show you what items they are crediting for the promotion. It could be an error on their part. If that's what it is, you can go ahead & call. Or it could be that they're starting to enforce the SCR stipulations that say only Supremes and Snug & Dry. That would be odd to do mid-promo though.
The free diaper voucher is through Rite-Aid's SCR program. It's Offer #800. Since you already entered your receipts for the KC offer, it has the information for the diaper voucher. You should be qualified. It will show you in a box BELOW this month's current SCR if you have qualified. If you still have more diapers to buy before qualifying, the box will be ABOVE this month's current SCR box.

I'm guessing their number is on the site somewhere. To be honest, I usually just email them when I have issues. Now, what do you mean when you say it's not showing up? Does it say "You have not purchased enough items" or can you not find a spot for it period? Remember, it is NOT inside the July month SCR box. It's in a totally separate box by itself.

I have a question, I apologize if it's been answered already, but is the $50 you need to qualify for the $25 g/c pre coupon price? I bought 5 packs of diapers today, but I had $18 total in coupons so I didn't spend $50 after those were deducted.
Thank you!
The 50.00 has to be reached PRE-coupon total.......this is the way it works for all SCR's.........so far that is the case anyways.

What if I use the $5/$25 coupon? I noticed it says on it that it cannot be combined with any other offer. Will that effect me getting the $25 gift card or the SCR for the huggies?

I'm sure if you go to the Huggies website they'll be able to tell you all about the Supremes - for one, there's more 'elastic' in the waist than their Snug & Drys I think. Most people like the Supremes. Rite-Aid's SCR can be done completely online, which is a huge bonus to me. Just type in the info from the receipt & you're pretty much done.

The $5/$25 coupons have no effect on the SCR. I split my orders up into multiple transactions, each one having a $5/$25 coupon and all my receipts have cleared. The deal wouldn't be nearly as good without those coupons!

Your math is correct. I did just want to point out to anyone reading this that your $57.45 credit toward the KC Offer did NOT include the Huggies wipes retail. I don't think these are qualifying (if they are - somebody please correct me!).
The Huggies voucher though is not just a check for $11.49....it is for a free pack of Huggies diapers. So, I guess you could look at it as a $2.04 "moneymaker"....but I would look at it this way:
5 P&N
2 Huggies wipes
1 Huggies voucher
=
6 packs of diapers & 2 wipes for $9.45 (+ tax). If you count the wipes as 'free', then 9.45 divided by 6 = $1.56/pack! Great deal.

For some reason I cannot wrap my brain around this deal! LOL. I read this whole thread last night and I feel like I still do not understand it for some reason. I think I was too tired! Either that or I've been on vacation too long!
Anyway, I have six copies of last weekend's SS ($1.50 off any and $3 off P&N), but no home mailers. I also printed two of the $5/$25's. So...I know that I need to do two transactions. I'm thinking the first should be three packs of diapers and the second should be two packs of diapers and whatever wipes I need to put me over $25? And I'm looking for mega packs, right?
Oh, and how does the B5G1 work exactly? Is this something you get credit for after you enter your receipts?
Reps if you can help a girl out!!!!
ETA: One more question! I just realized that my $5/$25's have the same # by the bar code...does this mean one of them is not valid? How are you all using more than one? Do I need to print from another computer or are both of these okay to use? I don't shop RA very often anymore, so I don't know the rules about these q's!

This is one of those deals that has so many little things to watch for that it can be a bit confusing LOL.
You need to buy at least one mega pack and the rest can be jumbo. The B5G1 is a coupon you will receive after you enter all your receipts and submit them for the month.
I think if I try to explain any more I will get lost and confuse you more. I am sure Lillymaid can explain these way better than me, she has been a great help to me with this deal.

2 Huggies Pure and Natural Size 4 @ 11.49 -$3/1 (2)
2 Huggies wipes tubs @ 2.00 - $1/1 bath and body (2)
1 Citre Shine 3.99 - $1/1

I did my first ever SCR transaction at RA today!!! Here's what I did. Please let me know if you see anything that might not work, so that I can go buy the correct stuff. TIA!!!
Transaction #1
2 - Pure & Natural Size 2 (30 count) 11.49ea = 22.98
2 - Bounty Basic 1.29ea = 2.58
25.56 - $5/$25q - (2)3.00q -(2)1.00q = 12.56+tax OOP
Transaction #2
1 - Pure & Natural Size 3 (26 count) = 11.49
2 - Huggies Supreme Natural Fit Size 3 (not sure of quantity, but I think 35) 11.49ea = 22.98
34.47 - $5/$25q - (3)3.00q = 20.47 + tax OOP
Total OOP = 33.03 (used my 2-$25gift cards for transferring rx), get a $25 gc in mail + voucher for free diapers = $8.03 oop or $1.33 per pack.
BTW, I used a $1Q for the bounty basic that I received in the mail from Save-a-lot. It had their logo on there, but it was a manufacturer's q, and I had no problem using it! HTH!

Everything looks great! Just one question - I see you used a $3/1 coupon for the Huggies Supreme diapers - is this a homemailer? Also, remember to keep your receipts until the end of the year to submit for the CareGivers rebate - .75/pack for qualifying Huggies diapers. Pure & Natural do NOT count, however your two Supremes do!

As Jourdysmom has said, the coupons with the identical bar codes are fine.
The deal goes like this:
SCR Offer #61 - $25 GC WYB $50+ of participating products, incl. Huggies
SCR Offer #800 - FREE Diaper Voucher WYB 5 Huggies packs, any
SCR Offer#? - $2 WYB Huggies mega, Huggies Overnites, or Huggies Pullups - Limit 1
Use $5/$25 Rite-Aid coupon
Use manufacturer coupons (I see you have $1.50/1 insert c/o's, but there is a $2/1 IP as well - YMMV as not all Rite-Aids have received the memo that they can indeed accept internet coupons).
CareGivers rebate for .75/pack (Supremes and Snug & Dry only)
You can combine as many offers as you are able. One of the reasons why you may have thought that you had to buy a mega was because the mega packs were on sale last week for $14.99. After the $2 SCR that made them only $12.99 - only $1.50 more than the $11.49 price for the Jumbo packs. So most of us who were shopping last week picked up a pack of the Megas, and then fillled in with the jumbos. This week, your best bet is to stick with just the Jumbos.
Yes, your first transaction can be 3 packs of diapers, and your 2nd transaction can be 2. For the second transaction, you don't necessarily need to buy wipes to get over the $25 threshold. If you need wipes, you certainly can, but you can buy anything in the store for $2.02 to use the $5/$25 coupon. Maybe a SCR item you're planning on buying anyway?
The B5G1 offer is Offer #800 in the SCR catalog. Yes, you will receive credit after you enter your receipts. There will be a separate box on the screen from this month's SCR and it will keep a running total of how many packs of diapers you've purchased. Once you've reached 5 purchased, it will indicate that you qualify for the free voucher. You simply 'request' the voucher the same way you would request the monthly check.
Let me know if I confused you with any part. =)

Yes, the $3 q's were home mailers! I NEVER seem to get any good coupons through the mail and I was soooo excited to get those. It just came this week. It had 2-$3off any Huggies diapers & 1-$3off Pure & Natural! I didn't realize they'd come in so handy when I got them!!! Also, I'm glad you mentioned the Caregivers. Do you wait & send in all of your receipts at one time at the end of the year or do you send them as you get them?

Just an FYI:
Its not necessary to wait until the end of the year to submit the receipts. On the Caregiver's Marketplace website, they actually encourage you to submit often:
Is there a maximum number of times I can request cash back?
No. There is no limit to the number of times you can request cash back. We encourage you to submit requests regularly. The more you request, the more you save. We do reserve the right to limit quantities to normal household consumption. No group, organizational or institutional cash back requests can be honored.

You have successfully requested your gifts and a check for $0.00.
A check similar to the sample below will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks
I was just wondering if it was supposed to show a 0 dollar amount. I didn't know if maybe that was there because it was a voucher & a gift card, not an actual check or if I have done something wrong. TIA for helping me...I'm clueless about Rite-Aid!
