So today I recieved a coupon booklet in the mail from a website I signed up with a couple of weeks ago. On the front of the boolet it said $30 in savings. You could tell the tape that sealed it was ripped open and the booklet was ripped out leaving me with one .75 coupon on the back. Now I can't remember the website name and I've searched and searched for it. Do any of you know of a website that's something like good homes, or good homeliving or something like that? It has swiffer, febreze, mr. clean, and dawn coupons on this site. Thanks!:sad:

Does the cover have a cat sitting on top of a fridge in a room with light green walls? If so, then I probably have the same booklet sitting next to me. Its the "Home Made Simple" book from Proctor & Gamble. I have the start sampling link...is it permitted to post that? MODs?

you are not the only one this has happen to just the other nigh i saw another post about this same thing..someone said they emailed P&G about it and siad they were working on this problem and that they would be happy to send them anohter book out.

I can tell you that the home simple website will only send one book out to the same address every so often so if you resign up you may or may not receive another one.

Allison, Where do you live?
I am in West Ga and both me and my daughter got the same coupon book in that condition!
I was so angry when I got mine but figured it was a lost cause.
Then, my DD called me a day or so later and told me about her booklet.
I felt that someone at the post office has stolen ours and since you got the same left over cover, then maybe I was correct!

I am going to contact the Homemade simple and request another booklet, but who knows if I will actually get it!
Maybe they need to send them in a plain brown wrapper!

One of mine showed up fine, but the one I had sent to my parents house was like yours...only the cover and back page. Mine was obviously mangled in the mail processing machine by the look of it. This has happened to many people. Others have reported that if you e-mail them, they will send another (as PPs have mentioned). I still need to do that.

This same thing happened to me, also. I just poked around on homemadesimple.com for an address to let them know what happened, but I had no luck. I'll gladly rep anyone who can point me in the right direction!

OMG! The exact same thing happened to me! All I received was the front and back cover of the booklet. You could tell someone cut it open and took all the pages out...I was so very disappointed. I thought, why even deliver it if all i'm getting is the cover.

Thank you, Home made simple is the website. I live in the Birmingham, Al. area. I am going to contact the United States Postal Services and let them know, maybe some of you should do the same and the more complaints they get then maybe they'll do something. I didn't try to email the website yet, but am going too.

Oh my gosh! The same exact thing happened to me and I also live in the Birmingham area. All I got was the front and back cover and it was obivous that it had been opened and the inside taken out.

I did email P & G and they email me back today and told me that they are working on the situation and that they would send me another book.

I e-mailed them and they e-mailed me back saying that they will be sending me a now one and it could take from 3-4 week but I received mine about 3 days after I got the e-mail
