Seriously? OMG that would be INSANE if they do it for the whole week - at the same time HT is running a week-long Super-Doubles! Can anybody else confirm that it's going to be for the entire week? They've only done it for a whole week once before, and that was a spur-of-the-moment, unadvertised week.... That would be so great!

I called the store in Lorton, VA and was told no triples next week.
I called the Woodbridge, VA store and was told that they did not have the ad yet, but the manager thought it should be coming soon.
Oh well, :shrug7: I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed for North VA.

My friend called the Seneca, SC Bloom today to ask when triples were coming. The store people said "There's a rumor that it will be next weekend." Had not heard about the ALL WEEK thing until I read it here.
How do people get early access to ads?

At least since March (when I started couponing), that Bloom has always done triples when the other stores do them. I have no idea if they'll be doing it this time, though!

Ok, I hate to always ask this question, but does anyone know about triples in MD? :emb77:
I just called my store and was told they won't officially know until tomorrow. I am fairly familiar with the person I spoke to and "trust" her, and she said she believes they ARE participating. This is enough to get my hopes up, but I was hoping someone on here has gotten a more definite answer from a MD store. Anyone wanna make my day? :dog77:

Not until after midnight, usually.
I'm anxiously awaiting it because I was just at my Bloom for price checking and they told me they are doing doubles to 99 cents, not triples. Wouldn't be the first time they were wrong, but I don't want to publish my local list until I know for sure.
(Norfolk, Virginia area)
Confirmed: Hampton Roads Virginia got the short straw. We're only getting double-coupons to 99 cents. Phooey!

Just got home from my first round. A few instore specials yall might want to know about. The French's worshechire (i have no idea how to spell it) is 4/$5 so 25 cents overage on each. Dixie plates and bowls were 2/$4 so only 50 cents each after 50 cent coupon.
Also, several ladies in front of me were buying Hefty tin foil baking tray things and the coupon wouldn't triple on them even though it began with 5.

When I went to the Greer, SC Bloom today, there were notices EVERYWHERE about only using 20 coupons per day, per customer. Last month, I went and it was the first time that I went back after paying and did another 'round'. I had asked the cashier last time and she said you can go as many times as you want; you just have to go to the end of the line after 20 items. I was a little scared to try it this time. Did anyone go again on the same visit??? I did pick up a card for my husband and thought maybe I could go twice with different cards. Anyone's take on this would be appreciated.

I went to the one in Greer, and I know it might not sit well with some people here, but I also went a 2nd store, the one on Hwy 14. One trip to each store. Greer was out of a LOT of stuff when I went there and my visit to the Hwy 14 store I was able to get what Greer didn't have, the yogurt and certain ice cream flavors.
IMO, worded the way it is, your Dh can go with the card you share. It says per "customer" not per "card".

I heard that in a forum on another store chain if you imply or suggest improper coupon use, like your stores rules versus corporate, you can get warned or get banned. Not sure, I guess some things we have to keep to ourselves.
The trips per day and other things caused Lowes to stop tripling but luckily for our area HT is still tripling. I hope this super doubles to 1.98 is not going to replace triples once a month. not many good food coupons over .75 for doubling to 1.98.

I guess that could be interprested more than one way. Per customer should not mean you can let your whole neighborhood borrow your card for the day or a family of 7, etc. I can live with one trip a day, though my store is about 10 miles from my house. As long as they triple once a month, I'll play by their rules.

This was my first serious couponing trip. I generally save a good bit of money with coupons, but I went to Bloom looking for specific things today. I am so excited that I really wanted to share my success with the people who helped make it possible. (I hope this is the correct place for this!) I spent a total of $15.37, and here's what I got:
http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm190/SEsterly13/DSC03584.jpg
*4 jars of Organic Bertolli Spag. Sauce
*5 bottles of Simply Orange Juice (13.5 oz)
*1.15 pounds of Ground Beef
*2 Betty Crocker Warm Delights
*4 boxes of Chicken/Hamburger Helper
*1 package Hormel Pepperoni
*1 package King's Hawaiian Sub Rolls (yum!)
*1 Honeydew Melon
*1 6-pack of Breyers Low-Fat yogurt cups
*4 2-liter bottles of Diet Dr. Pepper
*2 2-liter bottles of Reg. Dr. Pepper
*1 bag of Cheetos
*1 bag of Provolone Cheese slices
*2 Hot Pockets Subs
*2 Lean Pockets Quesadillas
*1 72-ct box of Huggies Wipes
(I would have spent less if I hadn't really wanted to buy Honeydew and Cheetos!)

I haven't seen anyone post this yet so here are a few items I got yesterday that you might want to consider.
Go to coupons.com and type in any Utah zipcode. There will be a coupon for .75 off milk and also .75 off 4 yogurts. These are for any brand. Our milk was 3.09 so with the coupon tripled it's .84! You can get cheap milk all week. Another good deal was the Purdue Perfect Portion chicken breasts. At my Blooms they are B1G1 so 4.50 each. There is a .75 coupon (not sure what insert) which brings them to 2.25 per pack. There are 5 marinated breasts in each pack. (.45 per chicken breast) Also in one of the packs there was another .75 coupon. I'll probably be stocking up on chicken and milk this week. Hope this helps y'all.

did you know that free windex will take gum out of fabric?
my son got some "already been chewed" on the back of one of his favorite hoodies. i googled how to get it out and found out about the windex trick.

Checked a bunch of prices yesterday and the day before, then checked to see what coupons I had, and did the math when I came home.
Hope this helps! :wavehi: If so, please leave me some REP! Thank you!
These are prices at the Seneca/Clemson store. Your store may have a few different prices, or it might be the same. All of the "total" prices are with the coupons tripled already.
Sorry I didn't list the source of where the coupons came from. I usually cut them and store them immediately into categories in my binder. Definitely check out the Coupon Database if you're wondering where a certain coupon came from! :)

well, I'm a male and I get my oop down pretty low, but in your case you can scorn your husband for not being able to get his oop lower than yours. I guess it was that hamburger meat that inflated things. I went Thursday and it seemed they were not really out of alot of things. Have the new Charlotte area stores opened, to take the pressure off the other store?

i did horribly today, LOL
16.xx !! I have never spent that much at triples :(
although my total should have been 2.40 less, as 2 of my .40 coupons didnt come off... dont know how, I counted them as the cashier scanned them.
I got... 11 nesquik single milks
12 breyers crunch yogurts
1 mccormick garlic salt
1 natures own bread(thought it was on sale but I dont think it rang up on sale....)
4 muir glen (2 tomato paste w/ $1 cpns and 2 diced tomatos w/ .50 cpns)
1 dukes mayo (ruined the rest of my coupons for this, I am not happy.... stupid leaky gallon of milk!!!!)
and obviously one more thing that I cant remember right now as that accounts for 19 coupons(except the 2 $1 muir glen ones...).... I cant believe I spent so much!

Where is everyone at with their totals & brags ??? I know there has to be some Bloom shoppers out there.
...made another one today - my totals are steadily getting lower - 1.01
3 cans Dole pineapple juice
1 6pk Dole pineapple juice
2 French's worchestershire sauce
2 McCormick Grillmates shakers
2 French Fried Onions
2 Texas Toast croutons
4 Flipz
3 Wacky Mac
...I have been getting overage on certain items, since the coupons will triple up to the regular price of an item
Frenchs worchestershire sauce - reg price 1.49, on sale 1.25 (.24 overage)
Flipz - reg price 1.99, on sale 1.25 (.25 overage)
Kraft bbq - reg price 1.69, on sale bogo (1.69 overage when buying 2)
McCormick grillmates shakers - reg price 2.12, on sale 1.25 (.87 overage)
...don't know if anyone has tried this - but if you crush up the croutons & french fried onions - it makes a yummy breading for chicken.

...don't feel like typing up our last trips today but had to share 2 things
1st - DD did an order of her own. I handed her a Breeze card, stack of coupons, $5 bill. Her response...is this gonna be enough money? I said, yep w/ change leftover. She grunts & grumbles, so I hand her a $10 bill. Her oop was .68 - lmao, what a brat!! She was behind me in line, so when I was done I went out to the car - I should have stayed and watched her reaction.
2nd - while filling her cart, I told her to go get 6 bbq sauce. She comes back and said she picked out the good ones. I told her it didnt matter, it was going to the food bank. She is insisting that we are keeping it b/c we don't have enough bbq sauce.....how many dozens have we been able to get in the last month for free???

where are you people getting the good deal on Welch's?
3.99 - .75/1 tripled? You are paying $1.74 a bottle?
Too high for my blood.
my 2nd and final trip.
9 Sister Shuesters buttermilk biscuits 1.99 - 50/1 tripled = .49
1 Bryers 6 pack yogurt, 2 for $5, .75/1 tripled = .25
oop $4.00 and some change.
I was forced to throw away some good June 30th coupons, the deals at Bloom and HT super doubles just were not there for me. Am I spoiled on free-near free food to the point I won't pay $1.74 for a bottle of Welch's? Tell me it isn't so.
(I think it is that my freezer and refrigerator and part of my father's freezer are maxed out)

Hi cpnmaniac44 - sorry I am late posting - the Welchs Light juice was 2.99 at my stores = .74 a bottle after triples.
...and I am as bad as you - I'm spoiled too when it comes to free or very close to it. I was getting stuff that gave me overage which covered the cost of the juice.

I never saw the light price tag. I looked and looked and all I saw was $3.99.
