Yes I know this is the Kroger forum but I figured this would be the best place to find all you Flint and Metro Det. VG's Shoppers.

I just got the ad today and they are going to be tripling Q's up to $.99 for the next month. Ad says till 7/19. It doesn't say it's only for my closest location so Looks like it's all of us. Any how, limit of 3 like items, no overage, anything $1 and over is at face value. :BigHand: Don't know where we can put some deals together for this, if you do let me know.

Thanks for the heads up! I've never shopped there before, but drive by one several times per week. I'll definitely be in there for triple Q's though!!

Do you know if they will triple Q's that say Do Not Double/Triple? My Kroger has majorly cracked down on this and won't double if they say DND...

I have a VG's right in my back yard -- literally - we are only seperated by a fence. I don't tend to shop there - I think their prices are generally high, but I noticed this in the paper today too. I am thinking about going tomorrow just to browse and start putting together some ideas and prices.

Was @ VG's yesterday. Didn't have much time but this is what I found:

Ragu Sweet tomato Basil sauce $1.79 Free After coupon in 5/17 RP

Powerade $1 FREE After $75/2 tearpad

Mahatma Brown rice $1.29 FREE After $.50 coupon in 4/26 RP.

Jello Pudding 3/$7 minus ,60 coupon in 6/7 ss $.53 each

Frito Lay 100 Calorie Packs any 5ct box $2.00 is .25 after coupon in
5/31 ss for .55/1

Sunny D Smoothies $1.89 is .24 after .55 coupon 5/31 ss

McCormics spices Lot's for $2.29 are $.04 after .75 coupon in 5/10 rp exp 8/31(onion black pepper or garlic seasoning) and 4/5 rp. exp 6/30(Mccormick spice or herb)

I went to the Waterford VG's earlier this week and got the following:

Hormel pepperoni - $.04 after coupon ($0.75 coupon)
McCormick spices - $.04 after coupon ($0.75 coupon)
Kraft BBQ sauce - free after coupon ($0.75 coupon)
Mentos gum - free after coupon ($0.55 coupon)
Ortega taco seasoning - free after coupon (save $0.75 off 2)

The Waterford VG's does not allow doubling or tripling of coupons which state "Do Not Double"

Another couponer told me that she'd had trouble using 10 like coupons at VGs...but a manager later OK'd it because it didn't involve tripling the coupons. Has anyone else had this problem during triple coupons? ...does VG's limite the number of 10 like coupons?

VG's doesn't limit coupons normally, so those at face value over $1.00 should have no limit.

During this triple coupon event, coupons $0.99 or less are limited to 3 identical coupons per transaction.

We've also had AMAZING luck with the meat markdowns in the last week - tons of great fresh meat (with 1-2 days left before expiration) marked 65-75% off. We've stocked our freezer with Jennie-O Turkey products for a fraction of the original price! Don't forget to walk around the perimeter of your store and look for yellow markdown tags!

We've been very pleased with the triple coupons at VG's. Most items are still well-stocked. If you had a good experience, too, please consider contacting VG's via phone/email to let them know. Another coupon event like this later in the year would be WONDERFUL, and it's more likely to happen if they know customers are pleased with the promotion!
