What is BJ’s contact information?

1-800-BJS-CLUB (1-800-257-2582) 7 days a week from 7AM – 11PM EST

How do I find a BJ’s near me?

Go here (http://www.bjs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/LocatorIndexView?storeId=10201&catalogId=10201&langld=-1), choose your state, then the city or town nearest you or call 1-800-BJS-CLUB (1-800-257-2582) at any time and say or press "1" to use BJ’s automated Club locator service.

What time does BJ’s open?

Most Clubs open at 8AM. Check your Club’s information page for details.

Can I use coupons?

Yes. BJ’s is the only warehouse club to accept all manufacturers’ coupons. You can get exclusive BJ’s coupons online, in BJ’s Journal (a Member magazine), through special-offer mailings and BJ’s in-Club coupon flyers. BJ’s Wholesale Club accepts manufacturers’ coupons for merchandise purchased at the register in any Club where the product is sold. Coupons provided to Members by BJ’s can be redeemed on purchases only. Membership renewal coupons can be used to renew Memberships. BJ’s enforces all rules of redemption as stated on coupons.

Can I use more than one coupon?

You may not use more than one coupon on a single item (some stores allow you to use a BJ’s coupon with a manufacturer’s coupon. Call your store to be sure).

If you buy a multi-pack (a pack that contains multiple full-sized packages of a single product shrink-wrapped together) you may use multiple coupons. EX: 8 pack of Dole Pineapple canned. You could use a BJ's coupon if you had one, and if you had $1.00/3 Manufacturer's coupon you could use 2 of those because 2 coupons covers 6 cans.

BOGO Coupons ~ BJ'S will honor the coupon for items in stock as long as BJ'S price does not exceed the maximum value stated on the coupon. If the manufacturers' coupon does not state the maximum value then BJ'S cannot honor the coupon.

Does this store accept printable coupons?

Yes

Does BJ’s have a rebate program?

Yes, go here (http://www.bjs.com/rebate-center.content.member_rebates.A.join_consumer) for more details.

Does BJ’s take all major credit cards?

Yes

Do I have to be a Member to shop at BJ’s?

If you purchase a BJ’s Membership within 7 days of using your Pass, your non-member surcharge will be applied toward the Membership fee when you present your original receipt from your initial purchase at the Member Services Desk. This is the updated BJ'S coupon policy as was sent to me in an email. I saw that a lot of questions had arisen about what the policy was, and I noticed that the link to the site no longer links to their coupon policy.

1. BJ'S is the only wholesale club to accept manufacturers' coupons.

2. When purchasing a multi-pack of "individual for sale" packaged items, which is a set of items that could be sold individually (each item has a barcode) shrink-wrapped and sold together, shoppers can combine one BJ'S-issued coupon with manufacturers' coupons. However, you cannot exceed the actual retail price in the total value of coupons.

Example: 4 pk of Barilla Plus Pasta...use a $3/1 BJ'S-issued coupon + 2 $1/2 manufacturers' coupons on Barilla; as long as the total of the coupons value doesn't exceed the product price.

examples of a multi-pack:
Three-pack of toothpaste
Two-pack of salad dressing
Three-pack of taco kits

examples of products that are NOT a multi-pack:
Box of cereal that contains two bags (the bags cannot be sold individually)
Case of water
Case of soda
Case of motor oil

3. Members may also use one BJ'S-issued coupon and one manufacturers' coupon on a single item.

4. In terms of manufacturers' coupons that are 'buy one, get one free', BJ'S will honor the coupon for items in stock as long as BJ'S price does not exceed the maximum value stated on the coupon. If the manufacturers' coupon does not state the maximum value then BJ'S cannot honor the coupon.

5. BJ'S cannot accept multiple BJ'S-issued coupons on a product.

BJ's coupon policy is still available on their website here FAQ - BJ's Wholesale Club (http://www.bjs.com/help.content.help.E)

I just called the 1-800 number today to clarify that I can still stack a BJ's Q with a MFC. The CSR told me that even though the new BJ's Q's read "Coupon may not be combined with any other offer or coupon", they can in fact still be stacked with a MFC. I have never tried to stack Q's at BJ's before, but I will post if it doesn't work out when I try it this week.

^ ^ They sure do accept both. I went on Tuesday with a BJ's MFC ($2.00 off Kashi chewy bars) and a regular MFC ($1.00 Kashi products). She scanned both. :BigHand:

This is BJ's official coupon policy as published on their website (http://www.bjs.com/help.content.help.E#sav):

Can I use coupons?
Absolutely! BJ’s accepts all manufacturers’ coupons — including the ones that come in your Sunday newspaper — giving you additional savings on top of our everyday low prices. Plus, we offer BJ’s Members-only coupons throughout the year. After all, saving you money is what BJ’s is all about.
You can get your exclusive BJ’s coupons:

Online. Members, you can access and print in-Club coupons once you register with an online account on BJs.com. Register by clicking on “Sign In/Register” at the top of any BJs.com page.
In BJ’s Journal, a BJ’s Member magazine

In BJ’s in-Club coupon flyers
Via email. If you are registered on BJs.com, you can sign in to your online account and select “Email Options” to subscribe to BJ’s emails and receive weekly updates on BJs.com Instant Coupons.

What are the guidelines for using more than one coupon?
When purchasing a multi-pack of “individual for sale” packaged items, which is a set of items that could be sold individually (each item has a barcode) shrink-wrapped and sold together, Members can combine one BJ's-issued coupon with manufacturers' coupons. However, you cannot exceed the actual retail price in the total value of coupons.
Examples of a multi-pack:

Three-pack of toothpaste
Two-pack of salad dressing
Three-pack of taco kits

Examples of products that are NOT multi-packs:

Box of cereal containing two bags (the bags cannot be sold individually)
Case of water
Case of soda
Case of motor oil

Members may also use one BJ's coupon and one manufacturer's coupon on a single item.
In terms of manufacturers' coupons that are “buy one, get one free,” we will honor the coupon for items in stock as long as our price does not exceed the maximum value stated on the coupon. If the manufacturer's coupon does not state the maximum value, we cannot honor the coupon.
We cannot accept multiple BJ's-issued coupons on a product.

while i was not there someone was supposed to buy waggin train dog treats as there was a coupon $2/2 and store coupon $2.50/1. instead of getting that they got one bag of chicken fillets using 2 $2/2 and the $2.50/1 for the wrong brand as well as using a few coupons for eggs for the wrong brand. i'm not sure if the cashier had to override something to put them through or if they just went through naturally. can anyone figure this out? it seems like you can just hand them any coupons and pay less money. just found out about combining store and multiple manufacturer coupons here after going for years and dont want to fraud the store.

Using a coupon on a product that it is not supposed to be for is considered to be fraud.

I have a question specifically about formula. I have mfr coupons for Enfamil and I have the formula "checks" that Enfamil sent me (not WIC). Since they are processed as checks, can I use an mfr and the formula check on one box of formula? And, in theory, could I use a BJs coupon, a mfr coupon, and the check?

Thanks for posting link to BJ's site w/ coupons FAQ. I will be contacting them ASAP as I took my mom's bff shopping for some Eucerin hoping to combine the BJ's coupon with some printed coupons and cashier told me it was 1 per package. I said fine and politely asked for customer service who replied the same thing. I'll need to get receipt for exact date/time.

Sale would have worked out to 15.99-4BJ's-2printable-1printable-1printable but they only accepted -4-2. In addition, the cashier tried to return the higher value coupons to me instead of applying those to purchase. We bought 2 sets so would have gotten an extra 4 bucks off.

I emailed through the website yesterday and got a call sometime later same night. General Manager calling to apologize asking me to go in and get the difference back. I'll take advantage and print off more $2(instead of $1 I had) from multiple pc's and save more.
