well I thought I would put this out there, if no one else has done this. I emailed customer service about tripling coupons around the charlotte area, and how it would make good competition for harris teeter. there aren't any other doubling stores around my house in like a 10 mile radius and this could be a great opportunity for them to get more business, seeing as more people are using coupons and shopping at the stores with the best deals. maybe others could email them, and if they get enough they would consider it around your area as well. I will post the reply that I receive when I get it.

Wish my Food lion would even double a coupon. We only have 1 Fl store,1 HT store and they are on different sides of Asheville NC so there no competition.Fl is in a middle class neighborhood & HT is in a HIGH class $$$$$ neighborhood.

okay so this is the "reply", if you want to call it that, from them about an hour after I sent my comment on promotions and such. I was not happy that I got the cookie cutter, template of an email reply to what I sent them. I replied to this one, stating that I wasn't commenting on the FREE MILK promo, but rather the triples event that was happening in select stores across Virginia. I also added, I didn't feel any help from this email because I felt like mine wasn't even read. I will report back if I get another reply. this is kind of insulting to me, because I took time out of my day to send them a simple suggestion of how it would be a good idea to do triples around the charlotte, nc area because it would help them in being better competition to the stores that double and triple.....but all I get is a standard message from someone that probably hasn't even seen what I typed.

Dear Mrs. Thompson:
Thank you for your recent email. We sincerely appreciate you contacting us.
We are truly grateful for your interest in our Free Milk promotion. Our marketing department made the decision that some of our stores would not be participating in this offer. Unfortunately, the area that you mentioned is not a participating store. Please be assured that your comments will be kept under consideration for future offers.
Again, Mrs. Thompson, thank you for taking the time to contact us. If I may be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Lol At least you got a reply! My last two complains emailed to FL customer service has gotten no response. One was about only 1 or 2 checkers in a store full of customers, and the other about a lot of expired(as much as a week)packaged deli meats and microwave bacon at full price. I don't shop there any more than I have too.
