I have plenty of GB, but I could use the chicken breasts that are on sale for $1.99. Wonder if I can find a "butcher's special" on those..hehe.

The yoplait yogurt cups. Do you have to buy 20 like you would at SW?

havent pulled a doubles or conagra transaction yet but .....heres a workable transaction with ballpark + hilshire + 5/5 assuming it comes off in multiples

10 ball parks (assuming the lite and angus ones are included)
5 hillshire farms sausage links
total =15 items
10 ball parks + 5 hilshire links all at 2.50 each =37.50
37.50-15.00 (5/5 x3)=22.50
22.50-12.50 ( 5 free hilshire links when you buy any 2 ballparks blinkie qs ex 6/20)=10.00
10.00-1.00/1 balpark angus/lite qs (peelies, blue, ex sept of this year) x 10
grand total =free!

oh boy!!! my kids like the angus hotdogs best!!! hopefully these are included and mulitple 5/5 comes off in one transaction....if not, well then my scenario is flawed

now if we get doubles too.....that could be rockin this too....but doubles wouldnt help as the blinkies ex on 6/20 and thats saturday not sunday

my trans this A.M.

buy 8 12 packs Diet Coke (yummy) $28.00
get 4 Hillshire farms sausages free
buy 4 2-ltr Diet Coke $5.00
get 1 Sara Lee buns free

but 4 HF saus and 1 SL buns also qualify for the get $5 instantly so...

$33.00
-5.00 instant save
-1.00/2 x 4 (12 pack peelies - oldies I've had around)
-1.00/3 x 1 (2-ltr peelie - same peelie, just also appies to 3 2-ltrs)

$23.00

It's not free, but these days I am happy to pay $2.50 a 12 pack and for $3 more, I got 4 2-ltrs, 4 pack sausages and a bag o buns. I was happy!

Wonder if there is also some HS farms coups out there... The sausage shows as a purchase and then subtracted at end, so it would prob let you use a coup on it... Could be even better for a better couponer than me....

So in the Albies Catalina thread, someone posted that the DiGiorno Flatbread melts were printing $1 OYNOs each. This week, they're on sale for $2.50. And there's a $1.25 printable in the database.

$2.50
-$1.25 Coupon
-$1 OYNO

$0.25 ea

I'm not sure about the details of the Catalina, but I well may call the company tomorrow to confirm. That would be a sweet deal!

For those of you doing the ConAgra deal, I found a different IP for the MC frozen meals.

The DB has a $.75 IP listed on this same site for the Pasta Al Dente. But they also have a $1/1 IP as well.

Also, this same page has:
$1/1 Healthy Choice All Natural Entree

Special Offers - Product Spotlight - Simple and Delicious (http://www.simpleanddelicious.com/special-offers/walmartfrozen-coupon.jsp)

And here is a $1/2 for any Healthy Choice meals:

Start Making Choices: Coupons (http://www.startmakingchoices.com/promotions/coupons.jsp)

I hope these help someone- I will be using them!

I won't go shopping until the weekend so I can't confirm this, but the instant savings deals and oyno deals have never been after coupons. You don't actually have to spend $25 - just have $25 worth of products rang up that are included in this deal.

I hope this makes sense! I'm not sure why it didn't work right for you last week. Maybe something you purchased wasn't coded right for being in that particular deal. Sometimes not all flavors of a cracker for example are in the system as being part of the deal. (though they should be!)

I would just try it again, but stand your ground if it doesn't work right. These ConAgra deals have never caused me any problems in the past 4 years.

I wonder if people are having a difficult time getting the full CAT because the cashier is pressing the total button during their transaction at some point. KMart has a CAT deal going and if their cashiers press the total button before the end of ringing up their order, they haven't gotten the full CAT. Maybe the same thing's going on at Albies?

oregon
06-18-2009, 10:28:46 PM
I know at Albies I make them scan my card first, because they can stop the discounts by hitting the total button if they scan it last. Could be they are interupting the computer with the cats as well.

On the last $10 oyno after 25, there were a couple of errors in the ad that my store had correction notices for at the front of the store. The last $10 oyno also had options that if spent $10 you got $2 oyno or if you spent $15 you got $5 oyno. If you purchased one of the items listed incorrectly in last week's ad, you could have fallen into the $15 and get $5 oyno.

By the way, here is a mistake in this week's ad: The Sara Lee hot dog/hamburger buns fall into the $2 each category, not into the $2.50 each- as the ad shows.

Here is what I did today.

4- 12 pk Diet Coke 14.00
6- 2 liter Coke Products 8.00

So coke is a part of the buy 5 get $5 promo?? I don't see that listed in my ad.

No, I don't think so.

She bought the coke 12 pks and got the 2 Hillshire Farms Sausages for free. It looks like there was a "double-dip" with the sausages, as they are part of the buy 5 get $5 promo.

So those 2 free sausages, paired up with hot dogs, hot dog buns, and lunch meat, made 10 products, getting her the 2- $5 off.

At least that's what I'm seeing. :)

So do we have a confirmation that there are doublers in the Sunday paper?

Yep- that's what I did. There are so many double dippers/combos its not even funny! There's a double dip on the 12-pack Coca Cola's & Hillshire Sausage deal and a double dip on the 2-liter Coca Cola's & Sara Lee hot dog bun deal. Then, the hot dog buns had a save $1/1 on Ballpark products wyb the buns. And... I didn't have them with me, but I think it would work if you have the buy 2 Hillshire Farm/Ballpark products, get a pk of Sara Lee buns free.

I figured the deal out in the store without a calculator or pen and paper. I swear I had a headache by the time I left!

No doublers, Bummer!

ok, im confused, if you double dip on the Hillshire Farms sausage and get them for free will you still get the $5 off 5? And were the Coke peelies on the boxes at the store or from some other purchase? Im trying to plan a trip for later today or tommarrow and this is what I have worked out so far so if anyone has any ideas on how to make this work better please let me know.

From the spend $25 get $10 onyo.
4 chef Boyardee = $4.00
2 Manwich = $2.00
2 Crunch and Munch = $2.00
2 Hunts Ketchup = $2.00
2 Kids Cuisine = $4.00
3 Marie Callenders Pasta Al Dente = $7.50
3 Orville Redenbacher Popcorn = $5.00

Sub Total = $26.50
minus
$1.00 off 4 Chef Boyardee
.40 cents off 2 Manwich
$1.00 off 2 crunch and munch
.50 off 2 Kids Cuisine
$1.00 off 1 Marie Callenders x 3
.50 cents off Orville Redenbachers x 3

Total coupons = $7.40

Total OOP = $19.10 - get my $10 oyno Right?

So, next order
4 12 pack Coke products = $14.00
4 Hillshire Farms Ropes = $10.00
1 Sarah Lee Simple Sweet Pie = $3.00

Subtotal = $27.00
minus
$5.00 off Five promo
$5.00 off for the Hillshire Farm Sausage (free with the pop)
$1.00/2 for the other 2 Hillshire Farms Sausage
$1.00 off for the Pie
And possibly (if the boxes have peelies) A) $4.00 off the Coke, or B)$8.00 off the coke (Im not clear on if the peelie coupon was $2 off 1 or $2 off 2)

If its A - total OOP = $11.00
If its B - Total OOP = $7.00

If no peelies then $15.00 total OOP

And pay with my $10 oyno. Do they give cash back on the oyno? or do I need to throw in a few more Ketchups if scenerio B happens? I dont shop at Albertson very often so Im not sure what exactly to expect sometimes.

Thanks

Yup, no doublers in the early edition of the Seattle Times. However, I'd hold off on getting the Sunday paper until tomorrow. A few weeks ago, there were Albies doublers in the front section of the Seattle Times - but not in the early edition.

I would wait until tomorrow in case they print doublers in the Sunday edition like once before. If you have access to the Saturday Federal Way Mirror the coupons are much the same this week but only 50c. The Seattle Times ones are usually better but sometimes the difference isn't worth the extra $1.

If you double dip on the Hillshire Farms, they still count towards the $5/5 promo. Same thing with the 2-liters & hot dog buns. The $2/2 mq peelies I found were on the 12 pks in the same store.

Good luck- even without doubles there are some fairly decent deals to be had.

8 -12 packs of coke 28..00
4 free hillshire $10.00
3- 2 letters of coke 5.00
1 free sara lee buns $3.49

Total was $46.49
minus $8.00 in coke coupons
minus 5.00 Sara lee savings
minus 5.00 free sausage
Minus $3.49 sara lee buns
total 25.00
I paid with a 5.00 cat

I think they shorted me a 5.00 free sausage am I right ?
so it should have been $15.00 or are we only aloud 2 free sausages ? Anyone know ? Thanks

I had the same problem with the Coca Cola/Sara Lee deal. I bought 6 2-liters and they only deducted the amount for 1 pk of hot dog buns. I would take your receipt back in and get the money back. The ad does not have any limits listed- so my store gave me back my money, too.

So I went to Albertsons today (trying to do my scenario from page 3 of this thread) and the last items I had to get were the Alexia chips. which after wandering around and not finding them I finally asked someone and they too couldnt find them so after wandering somemore with the employee we came to the conclusion this store does not carry them. frusterating. of course then my toddler started acting up so I decided not to even do the promo.
It wasnt a total loss still got a good deal on the eskimo pies.
