Please help me out, we recently visited with a couple of old friends who were impressed with our style of couponing and really took a genuine interest. I am trying to help to find stores and sales in their area so I can mail coupons to get them started, I know they have a Kroger in their area, but what region would it fall under?

That is where my in-laws live. Sometimes the Kroger in Perrysburg, Oh (about 20-30 minutes away) offers super doubles.
