Just got an email from biggs PR team, they will be tripling coupons June 11th-14th!! Triples up to .50 and doubles up to $1. Limit 3 identical coupons.
*MOD EDIT: THESE ARE THE RULES TO FOLLOW. PLEASE DON'T POST ABOUT GOING AGAINST THESE RULES AS I WILL THEN HAVE TO W/I. THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE
it has been confirmed. please contact your local BIGGS for more information as this is going to be on a store-store basis
1. Coupons up to and including .50 will triple. Anything between .51 and up to and including $1 will double. anything over $1 will be at face value.
2. Sale begins at 12:01 am. (The corporate office has said that's the soonest they can reboot the computers to have the triples/doubles in there, and ask we give them a few minutes to make sure that's done.)
3. Limit 3 identical q's per family.
4. The store printables in the front of the store are not combinable with manufacturer q's, based on their language. (I was told that's a kiosk that rents space from the store, and the terms written on it says they cannot be combined with other q's.)
5. No overage will be allowed.
If the rules change, or need updating, i will update them as i get the information FROM BIGGS.
So far, i have had to edit some information posted because it wasn't entirely correct. Please pm me if you have information you want to share and are not sure if it can be posted. Thanks!

Some areas got the $1/1 q in the inserts this week instead of .55/1. I bought a bunch on ebay to share. It makes them .50 a box after the q doubles.

So let me get this straight.
.50/1 would be 1.50/1
and
.60/1 would be 1.20/1
and
.75/1 would be 1.50/1
and
1/1 would be 2/1
and
1.25/1 would be face value????
etc.... Am I right?
Also, does Biggs take IP's?

I am soooo excited! Now if only DH would get back from out of town tomorrow night instead of Thursday. You guys want to hear something funny? My dd's preschool is taking them on a field trip to Biggs on Thursday! It has been arranged for months. Should be VERY interesting. I warned the director.

OMG!!! The kids will have quite a learning experience! :giggle2:
I am excited too. I remember years ago when I was a kid and they did this, my parents would get a huge amount of stuff! And as a kid, to get pudding pops rocked.
The more I look over my q's and all the scenarios, I think this may turn out to be a great trip!
Thank you Biggs

Just got back from my first trip. They were very well stocked, there are a ton of frees, and they are so excited about us saving that they write your name down and how much you saved and will post it in the store.
I haven't looked at my receipt in detail yet, however I did notice one item rang up incorrectly. I will go back tomorrow and have them fix it. I will also pick up some more stuff!
So far, I saved 159.08, spent 58.50 (74%). I also bought some items I didn't have coupons for (gasp!).
I hope everyone has a great experience like I did!

I went to Bigg's also and it was okay. I guess I am not as familiar with what "good" prices are for some items but it seemed like some of the things I picked to look at weren't that great of a deal after coupons, so I passed. All in all, I spent $70.98 (more than I wanted) and saved $90.60 (57%). I got a cat for $2.00 OYNO also. Not too bad but I have done better. When I left at 1:20 a.m. or so they were already low on some items, especially the Breyer's vanilla ice cream.
Some good deals not noted previously:
Suave APDO $1.50--FREE with $0.50/1 coupon
Land O Frost Lunchmeat $3.00--$1.00 after $1.00/1 coupon (doubled)
Band Aids (one type I found) $1.19--FREE after $1.00/1 coupon (doubled)
Domino Brown Sugar in box--$1.00--$0.10 after $0.30 coupon (tripled)
Kellogg's Rice Krispies $2.88--$0.88 after $1.00/1 coupon (doubled)
Smucker's Ice Cream Toppings (certain ones)--$2.39--$0.39 after $1.00/1 coupon (doubled)
Old El Paso Taco Seasoning--$1.09 each--$0.18/2 after $1.00/2 coupon (doubled)
Hefty Easy Grip Cups $1.67 each--$0.17 each after $0.50/1 coupon (tripled)
Marginally good:
Sargento Sliced Cheese $2.99--$1.79 each after $0.40/1 coupon (tripled)
Synders Pretzels 2/$4--Can't remember coupon--$1.00/3 maybe??
Also, if you are feeling nostalgic for Krogers, pick up 2-4 packs of Cottonelle and use the $0.75/1 blinkie at the display. They are doubling it and they are $1.00 each this week, so $1.00/2. Not free, but not awful either.
Can someone please tell me if $2.19 (post coupons) is a good price for Log Cabin Syrup (24 oz)? I couldn't decide, so I only bought one.

Last night things were flying off the shelves, but at about 2 am they were trying to restock already. Problem was that the lines at the checkouts were long (I waited an hour in florence, and there were only two people in front of me) and the aisles were crowded, so they weren't able to get into them easily. But the mgr told me they had plenty in back. He asked me for a list of what I thought they were getting low on so he could send someone back to restock those shelves.
All in all I'm very impressed with biggs! The store coupons doubled and tripled (free Chi-Chi's salsa last night using the $1 store q!) and they were at the front of the store greeting us and having coupons ready for us as we walked in. Imagine that--a store than hands you coupons as you enter and makes couponers feel welcome! Not just the normal Kroger doubles, your coupons mostly welcome here....but actually encouraging us. WOW!

I hope they are walking the walk! This is why I don't bother with K Mart super doubles anymore, we all know they never restock and the same shelf clearers always wipe everything out, so not worth my time.
And my new couponing friend I met with last night to teach her is very excited too. What a great time to start couponing!

These prices were at the Eastgate location. This is the deal that I did. I saved over $210 and paid $79.82 OOP!
THANK YOU to Bigg's for doing this. It not only helps my family, but it allows me to help others. I have 2 bags I am donating from this sale.
Thank you to the Eastgate location for stocking shelves, getting items from the back that were gone and asking if they could help find anything. Truly wonderful!

Texas Toast Croutons (4-5 RP) are $.179 reg. price, with the .50/1 tripled it makes them .29 a piece. While we can get these for free often times elsewhere, if you need them. or just think they are yummy like me, this might be worth it, you will earn .02 pump perks as well!!
Also, if you go HERE (http://www.redgold.com/redgold/coupon-promotion.aspx?promo_id=29&urlcode=ar300mil13)and enter your info and zip code this coupon will change from $1/3 to what ever value is valid for your area, for me it was .50/1 Red Gold Tomatoes! They are $1.39 reg price, with triples that means free tomatoes plus .01 pp!!!

I just want to thank every one who went out at midnight and came back and reported what they got and saw and especially thank littlemissknowitall and missschroeder for going to the store before thurs to get prices for us to get us going for today. I could not believe how welcome I felt as I entered the store. I wish it were that way everywhere. My first trip I spent 17.77 oop (but they gave me back 2.10 for a couple of Q's that did not triple) and saved 80.07. My second trip to a different store I spent 14.02 oop and saved 126.80. The cashiers jaw about hit the floor when he saw how much I saved. Another cashier was yelling out when someone had great savings.
Vitamin 10 water is free if you can find the 1.00/2 Q tearpad at gas stations.
There were coupons on some of the chinet bowls for free wish bone salad dressing.
Hang tags on some of the wishbones for free bagged salad wyb 2 dressings.
I cant wait to see what other Q's you can print out at biggs. The ones we printed out today were only good for today.

Limit 3 identical q's. So if you have $1/2 you can still get six products but can only get 3 q's to double or .50/2 to triple.
I've saved over $376.61 over 3 trip and gotten $17.00 in free gas. This is ABSOLUTELY worth it! Stock is starting to be scarce though.

I went this morning, to the Mason location. It was a 45 mile drive each way for us, but well worth it!! My total oop was $32.xx, and my savings was $129.xx. I was thrilled!!! I only bought things I knew we'd use, and couldn't get cheaper at Kroger or Meijer. We probably spent about 90 minutes in the store, but checkout was a breeze!!! No long lines, and very coupon-friendly!!!
I saw a lot of binders and boxes in carts that I passed along the way. Perhaps some of you were there too!!
