Bayer Quick Release 10ct. is on sale for $1.99
There was a MQ for $2/1 in the 5-31-09 RP making these .01 over.
These are great for disaster kits, cars, boats, and day packs because they don't require water.

My Q beeped and the cashier wouldn't accept it. :( Too bad because I get really bad headaches out of nowhere and love not having to track down a drink when one hits me. Plus, they work FAST! Usually within 5-10 minutes, where other pain meds take about 30 minutes to help.
Does anyone know if this will work...
$1.99 x 2 = $3.98 - $2 MQ - $1 MQ = $.98/2
I know at Walgreens, the register won't beep as long as you have another eligible product to cover the overage.
TIA!

Did you have something else with it to cover the penny overage? The last time I had an overage, it just took it off the remaining order.

Yeah, I had several items and plenty to cover the penny (I paid $1 OOP).
Most cashiers probably just double check the price, then push it through, but this was an elderly lady and she seemed a bit, um, we'll go with nit-picky. She congratulated me on my great deals, but when I asked her to take the Bayer off if I couldn't use the Q, she asked several time, "You want me to take it off?" And each time I said, "Yes, please." She would reply,"Well I'm sorry I couldn't take the coupon!" in a bit of a snotty voice.
I told her it wasn't a big deal, but she seemed a bit offended that I got all that food for $1 (2 Digorno Flatbread melts, 2 Bagel-fuls, a box of Captn Crunch) and wouldn't just buy the Bayer without the Q.
The really weird thing is, she must have unknowingly given me $.49 of overage already, because I didn't have any Qs for the Captn Crunch and it was priced $1.49, and I only paid $1 total.
Next trip, I'll try a different cashier... :)

Every time I have a question about my receipt, usually because I made a mistake, the first thing out of their mouths is "do you still want it?" My Albies must have a LOT of couponers! :hysterical:
Also try putting them on the belt first and get maybe one or two. This way other things have distracted them before they get to the Q's.
Or you could go through the self check out. They rarely go through all of the items when running Q's in the self check out, and almost never actually look at the Q's unless they beep. I had a 50 cent overage on my BBQ sauce this week x 4 and the cashier never batted an eye.
