give us a sneak peek to their ads for the next weeks on Fridays?

I know we have a few members here that get their ads earlier than I do , but don't post it here often.

With school being out 6/12, I won't have the time to drive 30 mins (one way) North of me to get the ad for you all every week. I do this EVERY Saturday , just to provide everyone here an early peek at the ad.

So if anyone is willing to help out by posting their ads, I will post the Free/Cheaps from the ads you all post here. It would be much appreciated by everyone.

Otherwise, we're waiting till Sunday's again, unless I find the free time to drive an hour round trip to pick it up, which is highly unlikely.

Anyway, just thought I would toss the request out there & let you all know the reason you won't be seeing the Sneak Peek's from me much anymore.:wavehi:

Ohhh poo! I went and picked up my moms mail when I was there just so I could get the ad and forgot it at her house......I also forgot to pick my husband up and drove almost an hour home so Im not going back hes gonna have to bring his work truck home so forgetting the ad wasnt the worse thing.

This week the sale is pretty much like last week 50% lysol ect didnt see much of interest...

IF I ever get it early I will be happy to post but we dont get it in the mail and I have to get it from my mom sometimes she gets it on Fri and sometimes not till Sat.
I do go there a lot on Fridays so Ill try to start picking it up and bringing home.
Sorry I cant be more consistent though, hopefully someone will come thru!

I'd help, but I've never gotten a Kroger ad early...only Lowes Foods and Food Lion. I always have to wait until Sunday for Kroger.

We got our ad early for the first time this Friday. I don't know yet if we will get it every Friday or not, but I will be happy to post as much as I can on Friday mornings whenever we do. I don't have a scanner so I can't add scans.

Thanks for offering to help, even if you couldn't. It means alot!

The thing is we HAVE other members besides myself and now zydeco, that DO have access to the early ads. They just choose not to post them.

It's a shame though. Can you imagine how awful it would be if ALL our members choose NOT to post their early peeks for ANY store?

I still may be able to post a sneak peek here and there. But with no practices/games on Saturday's during the summer. It won't be often. Man, I miss them delivering them in MY Friday papers! Instead of me making that darn drive! =(

I don't mind. I only have to walk out to the mail box for the ad. However I also think a scan would be of more help. Especially considering my typing skills. :rolleyes24:

I just think most of us NEED to see the ad. It just doesn't "click" for me without the visuals.

sunnygirl1851, I rarely used my scanner for the ad pics. I mostly used my digital camera. Way faster too.

I get the ad on Friday as well in my mailbox, but unfortunately, I don't have the ability to do any scans.

I get the ad on Friday's as well (but not until I get home in the evenings). I didn't even think about using a camera to do ad scans. I'll try it today and see if I can post the pics. Hopefully my slow dial-up connection can handle the photos. I don't really know how to add photos, so someone will need to help.

I didn't get the ad in my newspaper today. :sad: Last week was the first time so I was hoping I would get it early all the time. I will still help when I can. Thanks to Genie for the great preview!
