I traded for this one and it exp. 2/28/09. Well, I was so excited when they were on sale at Wal-Mart for $5 - $1 for a rack of ribs is great.
Well, I have not received it, and so I called the number on there today.
They are telling me that it is not valid in MO. I said, that no where on the form does it give any state restrictions at all, and I didn't understand. So he sent me to a supervisor. Both very nice, but she stated again, it was not valid in MO. I again asked her "How am I to know that?" I have copies of the front and back of the rebate form and nowhere does it state not valid in MO. Now it does state "void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted" - but how am I to know not in my state? She said that she would put it to a supervisor meeting that it is misleading without stating which states it is not valid in.
The first guy did tell me I had to use it in the store I picked it up in, and in that state. Again, I said that it doesn't state that on the form, so how am I to know that?
So, I am really glad they were on sale for $5. I think there is nothing I can do, but if anyone has any ideas, I am open to them. Also, wondering if anyone had this problem with this WT.
