I was at the commissary today and in the frozen section they had the Joy of Cooking Bagged meals on sale for $1 a piece!! They are normally $3.99 - $5.99 Well they all had $1 off peelies on them too, making them free!!!
I don't know if it is all commissaries or just mine (NAS Pensacola) but its worth checking it out!! We got a cart loadfull, but there was still loads left!!

Oh I hope my store does too. I have a few peelies from my last trip and I was wondering if I would ever use them because of the original price. I will go check tomorrow cause my commissary is less than a 1/2 mile away and then I will post back here. Thanks for the tip. Repped ya.

Oooh, I will be on the lookout, thank you!! We have to go before the 31st to stock up on Marcal, they're the only place that carries the stuff!

Yep, still regular price here... and that's too much! At least they have peelies :) We tried one a few months ago when they first arrived at our commissary (potatoes something) and it was delicioso, so we can wait!

I've never seen these at our commi - that's not to say we don't carry them, but I'm suprised I've never seen them! I'll keep my eyes out :)

Yeah! My commissary finally had the french baguettes & red potatoes for $1. TYSM for the heads up as I wouldn't have looked without this thread.

I snagged two bags of the baguettes just to have with dinner, haven't tried them yet.
