Save $1 on any two.... Help? [Archive]

Okay. I feel really silly for asking this, but I'm new to using coupons.

When a coupon says "Save $1 on any TWO..." does that mean I have to buy two of the item to save the $1 or do I get $1 off EACH item (with a maximum of 2) for that one coupon?

If it's $1.00/2 then you will have to buy 2 of the items to use the coupon. HTH

well, I know for a fact in Pa. there are some stores that double $1 so in those areas, yes, you would get $1 of each of the 2 items. Rare but it is out there.

do you have any stores that double or triple?
