Bought these today. As I was leaving checked my Catalina's and noticed that it did not print. Stopped at customer service. What a song and dance. A Catalina had printed detailing the what needed to be purchased and when the dates were. Showed this to CS and told her that my $2 did not print. First she tried to tell me that what I showed her was a coupon to use the next time. Told her no it was more like an advertisement. Then she said this was the $2 OYNO and I could use it the next time I came in. I pointed out that there was no bar code so there would be nothing for the cashier to scan - how would they deduct the $2. She then asked if this Catalina had just printed with my order. I said yes and she said oh that's why you didn't get the $2. I said look at the dates this started on 5/29. She said something about these deals being attached to people's individual cards. I asked did I have to buy 4 to get elligible for the deal and then buy another 4 to get the $2. I then told her that I just wanted to return the 4 boxes of crystal light. She then called the manager over. The manager asked for my card and then re-rang the items - no catalina. We then waited for the other register to be free and she rang them up on that register again no catalina. I then waited until she went to one of the regular registers to try. When she came back - no catalina. :hectic1: She then said she would just give me a $2 refund! While she was doing the refund, she also gave me the line about this being a promotion and that it was attached to people's cards. This might have sounded more logical if she hadn't just used my card three times and not gotten any catalina's. :rolleyes24: Sorry for the rant but just needed to vent!! Hope no one else has trouble with this one but don't be surprised if you do.

I did this deal 3 times now, and the cat printed each time. I got (4) of the smaller canisters of Raspberry Tea.

I tried this twice yesterday and both times no cat printed. Thankfully the ad printed during the second transaction, so i had proof that the Cats were supposed to be active. CS ended up giving me a $4 gift card.

Tried this deal on 6/4/09 and it didn't work. I didn't have the ad print to show CS so I guess i'm out $2. I haven't been having much luck lately with the catalina's printing correctly :shrug7:
