Beer Rebates on the Actual Beer

Hi. I was just wondering if the beer rebates that are out now where you get a rebate on the beer itself, ie: save $15 via MIR on the purchase of 3 12-pks of Bud are all over the place? They sure are here in NY where I live, all different brands you can get a rebate on the beer itself. I don't want to bother collecting them for trading if this is something readily available to everyone. TIA.

In NC you don't have to buy the beer to get the rebate, so I guess that is why we don't get a rebate on the beer.
