Wow! I can't believe it- a Wednesday morning when I have electricity, my internet is working, my laptop isn't acting up TOO much, and the baby slept late! I was able to get the entire thing done in an hour. Probably helped that there weren't too many coupons this week, though- lots of Kroger brand on sale. I didn't bother adding in the coupons for Airwick, Pampers, or GM cereals because that would be a huge list.

I started to make a special trip to town yesterday to get more milk and chicken, but I kept my fingers crossed for this week and am glad I did. The chicken is cheaper and I would rather have the IQF than having to cook it or fool with it when I get home. This is a stock up price for me, definitely. I will also be buying tons of the tater tots because we go through these like mad, especially in the summer (with three little boys it doesn't take long to finish a bag).

Sad that there isn't really any good fruit on sale this week, have to find something healthy to feed the kids from the pantry I suppose. Time to break out the canned fruit! I was able to pick some blackberries yesterday- should be able to get enough of those along the way to supplement.

The electrasol is a good price if you have the $2.50 coupons and the bologna is cheap with the printables. I don't know if my eldest will eat bologna, but I may try it for that price.

Yes, I'm definitely stocking up on the chicken this week too. The IQF chicken at Aldi is $1.83/lb. now, so I feel Kroger's sale this week is great. I still have a couple of the $3 IPs for Comforts diapers. I need to breakdown the cost per diaper to make sure it's a good deal though. Does anyone happen to know how many size 4 diapers come in the Comforts box?

I would definitely be using my Electrasol coupons this week if I hadn't just used the last one at Wal-Mart yesterday...grrr...I paid a lot more than $0.49 a box too! I got antsy that it was expiring soon..now I wish I would've waited.

I noticed that Kraft Salad Dressing is 3/$5. If you use the 1.50q from this past Sunday's paper it will make these 0.17c!

My bff called me yesterday and told me that the electrasol was on sale. I got on and ordered 15 coupons. I hope that they get here in time before they expire. My dishwasher had broken- so I just stocked up on Dawn. I got a new dishwasher with my income tax refund. And I'm on my last box of electrasol from when the old dishwasher was working!

This is a strangely great week at Kroger. Strange because there aren't TONS of great deals, but there are a few really awesome ones!

This morning's run:

5 Electrasol - $2.50 q
2 Ball Park Franks - $1/2 q
1 Sara Lee buns - Free w/BP franks
6 Kraft bbq sauce - $1 ip q
1 Oral B toothbrush (thanks beetrothed!!) - .75 q
4 Kashi pizzas - $3 tearpad q

My buns didn't come off so I'll have to go back and get my $2 back. My total was $14.14. If you subtract the $2, that's $12, PLUS I got back the $3 Catalina from the bbq sauce and a $1/1 Ball Park franks q! My savings was 85%. One of the best I've ever had. :BigHand:

I almost gave in and used up my Electasol q's - so glad I waited until the last minute. Sometimes being a procrastinator is a good thing. :wink7:

Don't get overly excited about the Kroger Frozen potatoes...while it's a great deal there are only a few that are .99c...from what I saw there was a big bag of shredded hash browns, plain cubed hash browns, steak fries, crinkle fries and potato wedges. I think there was one or two more but I can't remember.

Yeah I was disappointed that not all of the types of fries were included. I don't care for the crinkle cut that much, and the steak cut take forever to cook in the oven. But at .99/bag, I'll suffer through it LOL.

The BBQ sauce is on sale for $1 less the $1/1 IP = free PLUS as an above poster mentioned, there's a catalina offer right now I didn't know about. I got a $2 OYNSO for buying four bottles. Oh and they had big bottles of original that said 55% free on the label, they rang up at the $1 price. :D

If you have any of the NBPR chicken or beef rebate forms (good in AR only, expire this weekend) that's a really great deal on the IQF chicken. I went ahead and picked up another couple of bags today.

I didn't pick any up, but I saw in front of the Lay's chips some tearpad coupons for Free Sara Lee buns WYB chips - probably two bags. So that would be a double deal on the buns if you do the bun/hot dog deal.

Hunt's ketchup was on sale for $1, less the .20 coupon doubled it was .60. Not a great price, but we're about out of ketchup so good enough for me.

If anyone has the free Oscar Mayer lunchmeat Kroger home mailer coupon, it states 12 to 16 oz. I got a 16 oz "family size" package of deli thin ham today and the coupon came right off without a problem. It was $6.xx.

And I can't remember if I mentioned this one already, but I found peelies on the 5 box packs of Kraft Mac n Cheese for a free box of Capri Sun WYB the 5 pk - they had a big display of them in the "special" aisle. The 5 pk is on sale for $3.99, so that's not bad for five boxes of mac n cheese and a box of juice pouches.

KEEBLER PECAN SANDIES, CHIPS DELUXE, CLUB OR TOWNHOUSE CRACKERS, 2/$5

There are $1/1 and .55/1 IPs for these. Also .50/1 and .55/2 insert coupons. Not sure where they all came from, it takes a while for the cdb to load for me.

Don't you just love it when that happens?! I rarely have these types of mornings anymore, but I guess it's just part of being a mom.

I agree that there aren't a lot of deals this week. If you think about it, there haven't been a lot of great deals for a while. I used to get so excited every week matching up coupons and now I sort of feel disappointed. Hopefully, we will start to see more deals soon.

You can get the eight piece fried chicken for $3.99 this week with these IPs here (http://www.kroger.com/mykroger/025/Pages/chicken_coupons.aspx). Will someone let me know if these print out alright before I try to put them in the coupon database. I need to replace some ink cartridges on my printer, so I can't print these myself. :thanks7:

The deli fried chicken coupon printed great for me, but make sure you print the one for your area - one is Arkansas and one for Mississippi. Click on the correct one to print. Also adjust the size down to save ink.

I stocked up on chicken! I'm still learning good vs. great pricing on meat, but since you all say that's a stock up price... I stocked up. LOL!
