It wasnt me i only do my shopping by special orders weeks n advance. Im in tampa though! I barly ever get item of the shelfs.

It was not me. I agreed with sdasilva27 that the wording on the coupon limits the purchase. I know that the manager at the Bloomingdale, Florida store noticed the wording on the coupon and I overheard her telling the bookkeeper. She was not that happy at all.

I like the Publix in St Lucie West (the store itself), but all the times I have gone there, they have never been coupon friendly. It's not even like I ever really have THAT many coupons, but there is a very young manager there that came by EVERY time and checked EVERY single coupon, with me and all the other customers I saw using coupons. It's just so convenient to go to that one... I can hit Publix, Albertson's, CVS, Walgreen's and even Walmart all in one shot! As far as customer service goes, I prefer the one in the Rivergate Plaza. I have NEVER had any problems there with anything.

I was told tonight that they got an e-mail from Corporate NOT to treat customers badly and like criminals because they have coupons. I would report him.
