Has anyone else been having trouble getting their cellfire coupons to come off? I have had problems my last three visits to Kroger. The first time I had three coupons that failed to redeem. The next week one coupon failed to redeem and finally, yesterday another one failed to redeem. I'm now up to $2.25 worth of coupons that I haven't been credited for. In each case I have filled out the form to contact cellfire. After the first instance I received an email asking for a scanned copy of my receipt. I sent it back to them that same day (4-14-09), but have heard nothing else from them. I've even posted something on the cellfire forum about this, but I'm not getting a response from there either. I know that my card is ok because, yesterday, a P&G eSaver coupon came off and a different cellfire coupon came off correctly. Are your coupons coming off the way they're supposed to?
