Don'tknowwhy I got this but It had a free afrin, free glade plugin lastings impressions and abunchothers did annyoneelse getthis. I think the envelope said shoppersvoice.

I do the Shopper's Voice surveys all the time. They are a good company and have higher value coupons and sometimes samples in their mailers. The surveys are 4-6 times per year. I had a free Afrin and Glade coupon as well.
