When bidding on auctions or trading, what are these? CC= concealed cash, but does that just mean mailing actual money or a check or is it a "thing" like paypal?

RME=?

And one more thing... I set up a paypal acct but haven't ever done anything with it. To accept paypal, there are fees for credit cards, I know, but for "existing funds", I can just put them directly into my linked bank acct, right? (and I can transfer $$ to paypal and it becomes "existing funds", right?)

Paypal is very fast and easy. If you have a bank account linked through it you will not need to put funds in to pay for things. It will automatically pull it from your bank. I prefer to just put money in so I never spend more then my allowed bucks per month.They do charge a fee for credit card transactions.I still accept them but always ask if people could just please try to avoid this type of transaction. As for the CME and RME .. I have no clue dont even know what those stand for yet.Oh and if you did not know paypal has a debit card that ties to your paypal account. So if you have a bit of cash in it you can go use it at stores and they do a cash back percentage. Its not much but still nice.
