coupon but no store information like logo or anything is on it. Can I use this anywhere? It is for Kellogg's FiberPlus chewy bars to be exact. I think I got it at Shoppers but not sure. It has experation date, barcode, and mailing address.

ETA:

The coupon reads exactly like this but I don't have a cents key.

It really depends on the coupon and also the store where you are trying to redeem it. Some stores accept competitors coupons and therefore would take that coupon regardless of which store it was issued by. To me, store coupons are only really store coupons if the bar codes look funny. Does the bar code look like a "regular" bar code with a 5 or a 9 at the beginning? Or does it begin with a letter?

If it says "Store coupon" then it is only good at the store that issued it. Where did you pick it up from? Was it on a display or a blinkie or something in a store?

The fine print might also say redeemable only at "store".
