Are the sale weeks that start on Sunday usually similar to what we will see on Thursday?

I want to get into coupon trading, and I'd like to get a heads up on what to ask for.

Are the sale weeks that start on Sunday usually similar to what we will see on Thursday?

I'm in Indy, and from what I've seen, it's pretty much the same ad as Cincinnati. The only difference I can think of right off is the price of milk - ours is usually cheaper.

I also wanted to add that a lot of times, we still get the prices that are advertised in other regions' ads, even if they're not specifically listed in ours.
