Occasionally shop the Ankeny and Perry Fareways when we are visiting the Grandparents.



We also have No Frills Supermarket and HyVee around here which is great since Fareway matches local ads :BigHand:

I'm an ISU grad but the finance is a Hawk fan. We are allowed to "hate" each other one day of the year. The wedding is 2 weeks after the big game. We made sure there was enough time to cool off if needed! :giggle2:

Oh and don't forget the other "O" towns- Onawa, Osage, Orient (but it is pretty small), Orange City... that's all I can think of right now. Osceola is pretty easy to remember, it's right where I-35 and US Highway 34 connect and the main exit off of interstate is exit 33! Such an odd coincidence! :BigHand:

We have Oneida about 10 minutes from us...but it is population, like, 10. Not kidding. So I don't think it counts :giggle2:

I suppose you're right Tonya - we only "hate" ISU one day per year - but I have enough ISU friends that I pretend to dislike them all year round, just so I can give them crap all the time :wink7:

I'm in DSM...home of the multitude of Fareway stores. I usually go to SE 22nd and Park because it's really close to my home, but I used to live in Norwalk and I really like that store. Such a small town feel...and I'm originally from a SMALL town! :wavehi:

Do you get the DSM Register? I know in town we get great coupons but I'm not sure how great the inserts are for those OOT.

I've been on here for a little less than a month and this site is awesome! You can sign up to become a Trader In Training and trade coupons you have with others who may be able to use them (there's a whole other forum on that topic). You can also buy coupons (price varies by Seller). There are always lists of coupons that you can print from the internet (my personal favorite). You'll learn LOTS of tips from this site.
