I found this on the Millstone Website (https://www.millstone.com/pages/recipes/ShowRecipe.jsp?CategoryID=100&RecipeID=1050#):
"Café Mocha
1-1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2-2/3 cups hot freshly brewed strong coffee
1/4 cup light cream or whole milk
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
In a small bowl, combine the cocoa and sugar until well blended. Stir in the water. Let stand for 3 minutes to allow the cocoa flavor to develop.Transfer the mixture to a serving carafe. Add the coffee, cream, and vanilla; stir well. Serve hot.
Serves 4

They had a bunch of other good recipes worth checking out.
