View Full Version : Kroger Mid Atlantic:Does your Kroger carry the Cottonelle 4 packs?

I went to my closest Kroger on Sunday, and noticed that they are not carrying the 4 packs anymore. I'm pretty sure they're not just out of stock- I couldn't see a "space" where the 4 packs would have been, or a shelf tag.
I went to another Kroger today, and they, too had the same thing going on- no 4 packs, no "space", no shelf tag.
Is this the end of free Cottonelle? :sad:

Nope, but I did find a good deal on Angel Soft today. The four pack is on sale for 1.28 and I still had a 50 cent coupon making it .28. I know it isn't free, but it's close!

No free Cottonelle in Richmond either.
It's a sad day for wipers everywhere.

No cottonelle in the proctorville, OH, Huntington WV stores or Jackson, OH. In speaking to another customer yesterday in Jackson, OH this was Kroger's doing and they're not bringing it back. They did a reset to that part of their store and have excluded the 4pk cottonelle tp. It's a very, very sad day for us.....

most stores seem to be replacing that area of the shelving with a kroger brand 4-pack of TP for .88 - My mom is guessing they are doing this so they don't compete with Cottonelle 4packs who always have all those coupons out. Maybe they are figuring.. if the next cheapest thing is their brand, people will switch.

Same here....our Cottonelle was also replaced with Kroger brand for .88....Johnson City, TN.:sad22:

No Cottonelle in Portsmouth, VA either- as everyone else said, they no longer carry the 4 packs- strange because at my store they were ALWAYS sold out- why would they stop carrying a product that sold so well?

Both our stores in Morgantown, WV stopped carrying it a month or two ago. I sure was glad I stocked up while the deal lasted!

A friend of mine asked about it in BG KY and was told they had signed a contract with Angel Soft to carry their tp for 1 year. He said the contract with cottonelle ran out and they didnt renew it
