I'm from Durham but currently live in Washington, CT. I would love to get others opinions on the best grocery store in CT for couponing and deals in general. I am really having a hard time deciding where to go regularly and to me going to several is too confusing.

My suggestion is to find an area in town with a concentration of stores. What I do is, search the grocery store forum here or browse the sunday circulars, find the best deals each week and visit those stores. For example, I regularly shop Shoprite because they have the overall cheapest prices but this week I visited A&P and CVS to stock up on some items because they had items that were really cheap - some even free. Now it helps me that all the stores are a mile apart. I would never use A&P as my regulary shopping store. They are way too expensive. Hope this helps.
