Questions about Mega Sale

I noticed under the 50 cent items, it says Mix or Match - no Limit. Then, on the side panel with the $1-$2 items, it says Limit of 2. Does anyone know if it is just the 50 cent items that are limitless or what?

I think they are 2 separate promotions. There is the .50 cent sale which is totally different than the Mega Sale.
